  • I Need SPECIFIC Exercises for Erectile Dysfuntion

i've had erectile dysfunction for 17 years now. i need to finally cure myself of this. but i need to use the right exercises. i tried JP's beginner p/e exercises, but they seem a bit rough. and i dont think these exercises are meant for ED.

can anyone recommend an exercise program SPECIFICALLY designed for erectile dysfunction?

    Start with kegels and edging.
    Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
    Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

Kegels, go by what tires you out. Don't do them daily, but every other day is fine.
Edging, you want to get close to ejaculation, then stop, go at it again, and again. Keep that up until you wanna blow the load or want to stop. Want to do that for at least 20 minutes for it to be effective.

hi, NP97. thanks for the reply. can you tell me what you mean by "go by what tires you out" for kegels? do you mean, do them until i get tired? can you give me a number of reps to do for starting out? and should i hold in the kegels for a few seconds then release?

Would it be safe to say that since you are suffering from ED that edging may be irrelevent in terms of exercises to treat your ED?
The logic being that if you can edge i.e bring yourself to the point of ejaculation then achieving and maintaining an erection is not a problem for you..
The use of Kegels given your problem with ED would be a more viable option to explore.

Edging can work for helping with ED by getting more blood flowing into the penis for a prolonged period of time. Eventually it will have a very positive effect; it's not a short term fix that can be done in a week or two.

thanks demone. i'll check it out. but just to let you know, my ED was caused by a medication 15 years ago. let me know if this exercise is still applicable to my health issue. i dont wnt to run the risk of my ED getting worse. thanks.

It wont do any harm. Have you seen a doctor about your ED?

I tend to agree with this statement. I am unable to achieve an erection. or even a semi for that matter, without the use of a PDE5 inhibitor (Viagra, Cialis, etc). Also, once I get one, it is almost impossible to maintain it without the use of a constriction band. Accordingly, It's difficult to edge under these circumstances.

Anyone suffering from ED for 17 years should definitely be seeing an Urologist/sexual disfunction specialist. In the meantime, kegels will help. Also look into Avocet8's pumping routine for ED. Pumping is one of the medically approved procedures for rehabilitating a penis suffering from venous leak and other ED problems. I moved your thread to the ED Forum, seems a better fit.
