    darren i strongly believe that you do not have venous leakage from the glans .i will explain you my assumption.you have described your pelvic floor problems.your deflating-when squezing-glans is caused because your bulbocavernosus muscle is weakend and shortened.if you had a real venous leak which is caused by abnormally big deep dorsal vein of from soft tissue of the penis disorder or scar tissue your glans wouldnt get inflated at all.your BC muscle is like a sphincter in thebase of your penis which presses against the deep dorsal vein.now this sphincter is strong enough to keep the blood in but when you squeese your glans is not that strong to keep the blood in.so you need to strengthen your BC muscle.i have the exact same problem with you and i believe that it is something easily curable.glad if i had helped
