I was wondering if either of these were causes of my ED and if there are solutions:
1. I used to have an extender and I wore it for about 4 ~ 6 hours a day for a period of time. I also used to have a pump. I do neither of these any more. But I'm afraid I might have effected my erection. I can still get it up alone at night but when I am with a girl I get nervous. Even during masturbation if I stop for a second it goes down right away. If I did damage my penis is there anything I can do?
2. I also take Acai berry to help lose weight and I work out for 1 to 1.5 hours a day doing cardio and lifting. I was wondering if I was lowering my testosterone and that might have an effect on my ED? Any suggested supplements?
I'm 28 and I've experienced problems for several years. I am just now quitting smoking (trying to). Also trying to get more sleep at night.
