Im interested in boosting my testosterone...
I did a search and it appears there are several solutions suggested:
The 5 Gs supplement program by (I think) Kingpole - this sounds relatively safe and natural
Testosterone Conversion Factor 1 - Im concerned by the severity of this one as it has to be cycled
Tribulus and Formadrol - Tribulus is a herb which is natural I guess. Formadrol appears to be a rather expensive bodybuiding supplement
I also have been reading Tim Ferris "The 4 Hour Body" which suggests the following:
Brazil Nuts (for Selenium)
Vitamin rich Butter and Fermented Cod Liver Oil caps (can link if needed)
High doses of Vitamin D (6-10,000 UI per day)
Any thoughts on this and which might be good to go on? There are various costs involved. Ideally I'd like to go for the most natural and safest...but also effective! I dont have erectile dysfunction - however I have always felt I am a lower testosterone guy. Lower muscle mass, slender, compassionate/non-aggressive, not hairy and small-average penis....
Thanks for any insights
