Does anyone else have trouble keeping and getting an erection while standing up. I initially thought i had a venous leak but i took the doppler test and it said i had perfect blood flow except i did the test laying down, not standing up. Also i can keep and get a full erection easily when lying on my back. Can anyone else realate with the standing up issue.

I used to have this problem but after doing kegels and reverse kegels I lost it and now I can keep an erections for hours.I've also seen a thread like this before and we came to the conclusion that it could be a mental thing. That when you get up your not thinking about keep that erection and you slowly or quickly start to lose it.You just have to know your keeping that erection.

I have the same thing. It's not a problem if it's being stimulated (ie. having sex standing up) but yes, I have trouble maintaining a full erection when standing up...which is why I think I should've sat down when I measured my initial BPEL and NBPEL. I notice I'm bigger when I sit down too, by a 1/4 inch!
          Start (07/15/2015)/Now
          5 1/4" BPEL 5 1/4"
          4 3/8" EG 4 3/8"

          Short Term Goal (Dec 2015)
          BPEL: 5.5" EG: 4.5"

I have to concur. If I am not having sex and standing up my EQ will slowly go down but if sitting/laying down it will stay hard and I believe this to be that when you are standing up other muscles are also requiring more blood too like your legs because they are being used to hold-up some weight. That is my theory about it. But, yes, strong pelvic muscles can be achieved with kegels and is recommended.
            Begin 7/25/2011:
            NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6

            Current 12/05/2014:
            FL 5.25, FG 5.2
            NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7

            Long:
            UEG:MEG 6.5
