    Hello everyone, this is my first post, I have been lurking for a while this forum has been very helpful and insightful

    To The point,
    My problem is not necessarily getting an erection, its ejaculating before I get tired. For whatever reason I find it difficult to have an orgasm, I have come to realize that I almost always subconscious tighten up my PC muscle during sex as I feel like it helps EQ, I also sometimes do kegles during sex for the same reason.

    My questions are:

    would I ejaculate faster if I relaxed my PC muscle during sex?
    Should I stop doing kegels all together? (during sex, and my routine)
    are there any ways to make yourself more sensitive down there?
    any other tips on how to ejaculate faster?

    Thanks in advance! and I realize that most of my problems are psychological and I am working through those but I want to do everything I can physically to facilitate the process. I feel like there are loads of info out there for premature ejaculation, but not much for delayed ejaculation... I am almost envious of these guys that do everything to hold back..

    Ok I had delayed ejaculation though the form was a bit different to yours.
    Now I take it you are having a continuous standard kegel? I had a reverse kegel going on.
    With standard kegels it is a driving ,pumping action that pushes guys towards ejaculation.

    Tell me your experience of reverse kegels.

        I agree with what pegasus said.

        Generally speaking, standard kegel should make you get off faster. You positive youre doing a normal one, not reverse?

        I suffer from delayed ejaculation myself, but its apparently psychological, and my muscles down there just are no where near what they used to be. Im thinking I convinced myself after my injury that I wouldnt be able to get off easily again, or something, I dont know... I lived with it for years before seeing a Dr, and in that time my self esteem went right down the drain, and my anger and jealousy for 'normal' people was ( and still can be ) nearly homicidal.

        Im personally kegeling my butt off every 2 days, then a day off. It should be automatic, the kegels... Prior to my injury, it would be tight and my erections were rock hard.

        How is your eq?

        Youre definitely right that theres not too much helpful information on our problem. Im not as sensitive before my injury either, but after seeing a couple of specialists they swear up and down its near impossible to cause nerve damage from a injury like mine ( fracture ). Particularly since I do have feeling down there.

        Youre lucky to have convinced yourself its psychological.

        I finally get to see a shrink at a fertility clinic next Tuesday who specializes in these issues. Hes even written in books about this stuff, so he knows his stuff. If you, or anyone else suffering this god awful affliction wants to know exactly what is said / progress I will happily share.

          Dont mean to hijack the thread, but can someone explain to me how to do a reverse kegel? I know the regular ones are when you stop a stream of piss, but Im not sure what a reverse is or how to do it.
