Okay so i can keep an erection on my back without touching it for a little bit, but after i cum it goes away super fast. Also if i dont touch it it will go down in like 30 seconds. Also i cant get or maintain an erection while standing. Do you guys think i have a venous leak, are there any other symptoms. Also i did take a doppler test to see, but i was given the smallest possible dosage and my penis barley changed, got like 25 percent hard at most. The test said i was fine but idk if i can trust it. what do you guys think?

No, you do not have venous leak.
Losing an erection after ejaculation is normal, as is it normal when you stop stimulating yourself.

I think you need to go to your general practitioner and have a physical done. Venous leak is just one of hundreds of ED causes, and the tests came back and said you don't have that. Since you have problems with maintaining an erection while standing, that points to what could possibly be blood flow issues in your body (not venous leak) or neurological issues. Could even be down to diseases, conditions, poor diet, stress, lack of sexual arousal, smoking, drinking, drugs (prescription or illegal), etc.

I think you should note that you did undergo testing and no venous leak was found. I know you're committed to keep yourself in a state of constant fear, Bomber, but at least be forward about it.

Yeah, I doubt they used enough to properly conduct the test. That's why I bring my own anesthesia when having a procedure, they just don't know what they're doing.

And I have the same symptoms as someone with Gout, except I've been told by more than one doctor that I have tendon and soft tissue damage in my toe from a sporting accident.

If you don't want to trust what doctors tell you, why did you even bother going? The longer you just try to blame your issue on venous leak and refuse to go get yourself checked out for other health issues, the longer you'll have this issue.

I have the exact same symptons and was just this min gonna post about it but you beat me too it, im wondering whether it is a venous leak, or porn induced ed, ive abused porn alot in the past so it could be the culprit. but the venous leak shit worries me.
