Thick vein( pics inclueded) the cause of ED?

Hello i have erection problems since six years. Even when masturbating i cant get a full hard erection.I have a thick vein which is in flaccid state always there. When i have an erection it diminishes. Do you think this thick vein is normal ? and can it prevent blood flow or lead to erection problems? I have shown it to urologists. I see it in their face that they are surprised but say that it doesnt have an impact on erection. Here are three pics:

I had to start a new topic because i had problems with the links of the pics. Do you think this thick vein on the left side of the shaft is normal and could it lead to ED issues? It is there promiment for years in flaccid state. I dont know why the picture size is not full.

Vein size looks about normal, in my opinion. Good blood flow helps erections.

The Doppler test will show if you have a venous leak

Erection quality can be effected by many things, but blood-flow is very important. As far as your vein I would trust a urologist and their opinion, but it looks normal to me. You can also see another Urologist and get a second opinion if you want.
