That’s. Right. After a couple years of losing my hard on with the Mrs. in the sack I final decided to look into inflatable penile implant surgery. Went to see a surgical Urologist at one of the major hospitals in Chicago to discuss it. Obvious concerns were infection and correct sizing of the cylinders so as not to lose any of my hard fought gains. This Doctor and his Intern were great, very proactive and up to speed on latest presurgical stretching and VED use to max out size before hand. He agreed with everything I had been doing including my daily use of my air pump and Bathmate. He agreed that it was important for guys like me lacking nocturnal erections to oxygenate the penis a couple times a day. It’s also very common in recovering Prostate patients return to a normal sex life. I told him about my inch and half PE gains and showed him before and after pics on my phone. He was very interested in how I did it and what devised used.
I showed him a couple pics of myself wearing the Phallosan Forte, the young intern was very interested in this. Told him I wore it 8-12 hours daily for a year religiously. He said well that the part my patients have trouble with, they give up stretching and are then unhappy with their post surgery length. I told both of them about the gym and suggested they check it out.
Well, long story short, he asked if I had tried Trimix penis injection. I replied I wanted to but when I went to fill the script it was like $600 , not covered buy insurance. He turned me on to a compounding pharmacy and away we go! He even suggested experimenting with a little Viagra too. So about an hour before shooting up I’ll pop 20 mgs. I like to preexpand the chambers while the Viagra takes hold so I’ll pump him up for a hour. After about ten minutes he’s rock hard and thick. I measured yesterday and 6.75 BPEL and 5.75 around. Remember my starting stats were 5.25 by 4.5, spot on average if you believe the latest penis size studies, I do not btw.
So guys if any of you need a cheap source of Trimix PM me, two 2.5 ml vials for $135. I take about 1 cc so I get about 25 erections per bottle. I did the math and that $2.70 per hard on, cheaper than a gallon of gas.
I haven’t given up on implant surgery completely, it’s covered by Medicare btw, I’m 60 so I figure the procedure will only improve in the next five years. Already the implants make you thicker and I’d just love to be 7 by 6. I know she would mind either.

Interesting Trimix effects I encountered:

I started injecting 25 units (.25 ml) but had to increase the dose to 45 units before I got the desired results (two hour hard erection). Over the following month, I was able to slowly reduce the dosage until only 18 units generated the desired results. My urologist claimed the induced “oxygenation” had rehabilitated the penile tissue.

When I tried pumping pre injection, my results declined. I believe the additional blood pumped in diluted the Trimix. However, a short pumping session increased the size of my dick, providing a bigger target to inject.

Unfortunately, after three years of great erections, Trimix started to loose its effectiveness and I slowly had to increase the dose until even 80 units could not generate a usable erection. Could be because my diabetes started to cause a venous leak which negated my Trimix effectiveness. Currently, only the use of a medical grade pump and tight constriction bands enables me to generate a usable erection.

Interesting. Ever considered PPI? I’ll pump after injecting as well, I think this keeps the Trimix in my penis. Rock hard and throbbing,it’s been a long time.

Too old to go through the surgery and recovery. Sex is not that often nowadays so putting up with the inconvenience of the pump is not a big problem. If I were 20 years younger, I would probably go for it.

What? Definitely not. My fantastic insurance wouldn’t cover it. Medicare pays for it because Viagra got so expensive that that implant was less expensive than lots of Blue pills. I wouldn’t doubt now that generic Viagra, Sidenafil, gets cheaper, Medicare will not pay for Implants anymore.

The medical device industry is swooping in to profit off of the progress of big pharma, as it is true that men develop a permanent tolerance to the pills eventually. Medical devices are risky and a lot can go wrong. An IPP can fail badly

Aggred but it’s worth a go if necessary. Just gotta pick the right surgeon and hospital. My guy was at a major accredited hospital and tops in his field. Recommend by my more local surgical urologist. Totally at ease with this if and when the Trimix stops working. Shot up 1-2 cc today. Rock hard. She loved every hour of it.

If I am not mistaken,1 - 2 ccs is equivalent to 1 - 2 mls. That’s a lot of Trimix. Are you sure it’s not units (0.1 ml)? 10 - 20 units (.1 to .2 cc) would be more realistic.

I believe 10 cc’s would be a ml. My vial holds 2.5 mls and I get about 25 1 cc shots outta that

Most syringes are calibrated in units - 100 units in a millimeter or 1 cc. As a diabetic, I have been using syringes for almost 30 years.
