After 1 ejaculation i am useless

Hi.I have problem ( 2 problems ,one with permature eja in other post and ED).When i have sex with my girlfriend my penis has hard erection but after first ejaculation my penis go flaccid and she is thinking that is her fault. tell me what can i do with that....maybe Kegels ? i think they are uselss ( iam 21 years old)

Uhhh, dude like 99% of guys lose their erections after ejaculating.

Hormones cause the penis to lose erection after ejaculation.

For that one 1% they have genetic mutation that causes them not to release these Hormones that cause erection loss. This will allow them for another ejaculation.

This is quite normal. I suggest you try learning how to last longer and then how to become a MMO.

Try to practice edging and your PC muscle (kegel).
You will still lose your erection after the first ejaculation, well, you will lose the 100% erection but you might learn how to keep yourself at 70-90% which is quite enough to keep having sex until your organism goes trough the so-called "cooldown" period and is able to achieve another 100% erection.

So what is your refrac period? That is ,how long before you can get another erection?
