I went to many different Uros they are so god damn stupid. those stupid men never could discover my real problem (which is pelvic tension now i know that without being a doctor but after many years of reasearch) all they could say u have a good utlrasound and doppler blood after injection, but it's possible prostatis. Well i asked them how the hell you know its prostatitis
even when my urine, blood and etc tests were okay? they said something like "shut up we know better" i took numerous cycles of antibiotics, viagra, prostate masssage, electrostimulation
and shit like that which never helped me at all. At that time I was almost completely soft.
If god exists I hope that he will punish those stupid uros for not helping me out after they die.

He explained me that constant tension isn't neccesary pain. And i learned some muscle relaxation techniques with the help of that doctor, books (travell and simons) and forums.
the chiropracter worked on my sacrum a bit, i also shared my thought with him but he said he dodnt have any expierence with pelvic tension
I think that no doctors out of USA do.
First of all i tried kegels for 3 months and they only made my condition worse. Because.
I found out that my asshole muscles are like always flexed. So when I think about relaxating them and stop walking they would relax. All the other time they must be in constant tension.
So i realized that i have this chronic pelvic tension which is causing my ED problems.
the possible cases are really unknown but i think its one or two
1. tight muscle limiting blood flood
2. tight muscles pressing up the nerves
I also had an ray test which told me i had some (not so bad) coccyx problems
With the help of knowledge? I designed this program that is slowly but steadily helping my condition. I've practicised it for about 3 months daily and now I can have completely hard erection, while it still disppears too quick (but not rapidly), I think it will evenetuallly improve. morning wood is also back. the sense of orgasm isn't back yet.
Remember that I have hadnt improved for many years despite the drugs like biloba, viagra,vitamins and so on. Now i am and i'm really happy about this and you can try this program.
the most important is to learn the muscle relaxation techniques and trigger points
I discoveted trigger points in my psoas, hams, glutes, in pubic area. you need to learn how to release trigger points (but it's sometimes hard) with finger gentle round massage and then press it with you thumb for 1-1,5 minutes
one point imho can take up to 10-20 sessions to release it.
But the most helpful and wonder things are tennis balls.
Okay you buy a set of tennis balls (buy many of them because they get destroyed under your bodyweight) and a fitball (swiss ball 65 or 75 cm big)
I also purchased U-type sit. cushion (it helps to relax the pelvis whiel sitting, helps to sit on the sit bones but not the coccyx which is bad for your health) this cushion doesnt cost must it has a hole for the asshole area, LOL
I usually do my program in the evening after work. that helps to relax muscles around the penis
1. Warm sitting bath for 10-15 minutes - very important, can add up some sea salt for better relaxation
2. turn of the lights and play some relaxation music ( i prefer hindu mantras) for the mind and body relaxation is quite helpful, i also burn some sandal sticks once in a while
3. lie down on your bed.
4. take your tennis balls and put them under your butt, sometimes different day change the placing,
but the emphasis would be near the asshole and outside top corners (which supposedly helps to relax the piriformis, obturatorsm and just the glute muscles). you should feel some pressure but not painfull though pronounced
the most important thing you need to learn the diffeeence between tense (tight) and relaxed muscle (very soft)
Now you can also lie down on your belly and put the tennis balls (2) on the pubic area
move the location of the balls on different days, try the very middle and then the area closer to the ligament. Okay, i think that ligaments can wear the exess tension as well. so u need to relax them. you might also ened to relax the bottom of your abdominals they can be tight as well
I suppose that the good way to relax the ligaments is the Recoil osteopatic technique
whicj works in a way you put a pressure on the tissue press for 2-3 minutes and then rapidly (!) remove the pressure (ie your hand or finger)
So move those balls and you need to feel that the pubic area gets softer.
you need to feel good pressure but not really painful. Only some moderate pain is acceptable.
if you dont get enough pressure but something on your back/belly (i use heavy pillow 2-3 kg extra wieghts that it adds helps me)
Each area i prefer to spend on may be 10 minutes or so with tennis balls
Now you also can try to put one tennis ball near the asshole and carefully !!! sit on it
Okay another thing is that you need to relax the perinium, there's like "a hole"
between the penis shaft and asshole right in the middle between the bones (!!!!), if you take a thing and press into it
your actually pressing up those Pc muscles and some ligament which is very important to relax.
you press it deep enough, use your middle fingers, press up on it and kegel - hold the kegel for 5-10 seconds, then press a bit harder so this area gets relaxed
do this 5 times and then still holding the pressure we can use recoil technique rapidly remove
the finger.
5. I dont believe in massaging the area for the relaxation needs. this is debatable but I dont.
Even though if it can work, the pressure techniques and tennis balls work better and easierr
6. Another thing is stretching and MET (aka PIR) techniques.
Learn how to relax your psoas and the most important thing I GUESS is inside thigh area which is my worst problem (still too tight but improving)
the adductor muscles and ligaments can be very tight
so you shoudl also use recoil on those ligaments press it up with your hand (finger) and while alying down on the back tri to adduct the muscles (move in) while pressing up on the ligament.
Anotthe rgood thing is to use our swissball you put in between your knees and tried to move your kneees against the ball for 5 seconds, adnd then spread your legs, do it again 5 times.
Kid of a weird strech i've never seen anywhere else I tried to design a good stretch myself.
you lie down on the belly and the swissball is like near right your butt then u take your leg and put in on the ball (like if a dog is trying to piss on a tree) so
one (left) leg is just on the bed in opposed direction and another leg is on the swissball being stretched in right and up direction with the help of the swissball
the important note - you should not try to tear yourself, the pain must be very moderate
otherwise you might get a trauma which is not wwhat you really want right

but i recommend pir which means you try to press with you knee outside while resisting this movement with your hand and then stretch it inside (liek if your trying to bring your knee to the opposing shouler direction) do PIR cycle 5 time and then maybe a minute deep stretch on each side
7. End your streching with laying on your back and legs and bent and reside on the swissball
this helps to relax the lower back, sacrum... Do slow deep abdominal breathing while thinking about pc, asshole and other pelvic muscles trying to relax them while doing that
mayebe 10-15 minutes
8. Sometimes when i have time and will i do legs up against the wall yoga pose breathing relaxation although i find and when i bent my legs it gives deep stretch and relaxation
9. Before bed I take 1 tolperisone pill (a muscle relaxant) and a herbal supplement
10. while walking around think often about your pelvis and try to relax it if you reliazde its tighten up. Do not kegel it would make your situation worse. But of course you need to distinguish betwee the weak muscles and over-tight (my case) pelvis
11. For libido i find bee pollen very useful
