    Hey all,

    Currently I have run into a pretty serious issue regarding the health of my penis. I beleive that I have sustained an injury caused by PE. However i am not sure and i do not know how to procede from this point on.

    I am not sure exactly what I have done to cause this problem i think the answer lies somewhere in my training. I only have about 8 months experiance so i am still struggling at finding the "perfect" workout that is not overtraining and not undertraining. I think i have been overtraining for some time as that is what all the symptons point to, but i could use all your guys combined advice on this one as i very well could be wrong. ( workout posted below)

    Right now I cannot for the life of me get an Erection. My EQ is probably around the 3-5 range. the last 6 times my Girlfriend and I had sex i could only sustain an erection once to actually finish( my libido was through the roof). This of course is putting a strain on the relationship as now I am lacking in confidence. My libido is almost in the same range is my erection maybe even lower. Only one out of the 6 times we attempted to have sex ( this is in a roughly 20 day time frame) was i actually in the mood. By mood i mean clenched teeth, hair pulling, totally absorbed in the moment full on sex. The other 5 times while my GF was engaging me sexually i did not care, nor did i really physically respond to her actions. In all honesty the TV was more intresting then what my GF was doing. This lack of intrest has never once happened to me EVER. To make matters worse i should be horny as hell since Jan 13 i have been taking around a Gram plus weekly of Testesterone plus other androgens which should cause a Massive spike in libido in it of itself. Usally when im running a cycle my penis gets hard if i look at it funny. But currently even with almost 2grams of AAS (androgenic anabolic steroids) i either cannot acheive an erection at all can not maintain one long enough to sustain intercourse.

    As one could expect im am quite disturbed by this, and very stressed. Some other symptoms that i am having besides a low EQ and a low libido are no morning or nighttime erections a very slight achyness in my Ligs (very slight). the decrease in Morning erections and erection hardness is bothering me as the AAS ALWAYS give me brutal morning wood. For it to just not occur is a bad sign In my opinion.

    Here is where it gets odd, although i cannot get an erection with my GF i can get one when jelqing or to perform ULIs at home. yet when my gf touches it, it plays dead. I have no idea what i have done I should be having an amazinly high EQ due to the Testesterone and it is very low. My libido should be though the roof and its not. I have NO idea what is wrong. Part of me is begining to think some facet of this problem is mental.

    The last odd aspect of this is the fact that when i am at home and through self stimulation i am able to acheive an erection, my erections although not extremely hard they are thick and long. Below is my workout for the last 2 weeks very detailed. Please give me feedback if you see anything wrong overtraining etc... I myself am at a loss i currently have stopped PE 2 days ago for recovery.

    My workouts are always the same. Length in the morning Girth at night. The only deviations are usally between how long i jelq and stretch for. OR if i throw in a random exercise or two into the mix to keep it interesting.

    LENGTH workout: Warm up heating pad 10 min with Heli shakes to get the ligs loose and blood flowing. Throughout my workout i try to keep heat applied to help loosen the ligs. Start with 2 sets Clock stretch with 30sec- 1min pulls using a Power Assist, each set hits 9 different stretches ie: left, right, straight, down, diagonal, BTC, BTC diagonal Right, BTC diagonal Left ETC.... These two sets usally take around 30 min to complete including stretching tired hands and the occasional heli shake, and re heating. The power assist made by MOS allows me to apply alot more force to my usally stretches.

    Next I do 10 min Clothes line stretch. I hang 20lbs from weightlifting strap slip my dick through the whole and pull my penis straight out as hard as possible while the weight hangs right by my ligs pushing down ward making my dick in essence look like a clothes line as the weight causes it to bend. I get a amazing Stretch from this.

    Lastly for length I use the MOS power assist and superset 4 different stretches 4 2 sets with 30sec-1min tugs.
    2 sets- Power assist A stretch
    2 sets PA- full body fullcrum
    2 sets - V stretch
    2 sets bow and arrow stretch ( RIght Left, Right Diag, Left Diag)

    This is followed by a 10 min warm down with heating pad and a massage. I also do Fowfers whenever possible. this workout takes 50 minutes everytime

    Girth routine Looks Like this: 10 min heated warm up
    240 Power UJ's 3-4 seconds ( 10 reps added weekly and i kegel blood into my penis before every set.) UJ= uli jelq created by a guy on here i beleive super intense exercise just switched to them from regular power WJ.
    3 sets 1min ULi squeezes.
    1-3 sets Vaacuum pumping lasting 10 20 minutes. (i never have done 3 sets of pumping for 20 min. most i have pumped for is 35min) Also when pumping i pulse between 7 to 4 HG.

    Somtimes When training Girth i will throw in a couple sets of either milking ( Gland Enlarging) Dry jelqs, horse 440, Jelq squeezes, erect bends for a couple sets. Then i warm down with heat and a shower and a massage. This workout minus the pumping takes around an hour or a little more. if you include the re-heating stretching, hand cramping and erection decreases while jelqing

    I usally train 2 days on 2 days off or 2 days on 1 day off depending on feel. I have great pumps during my workout and feel great after them. I would be happy as can be if it weren't for this god awful Erectile dysfunction and Negative PI's !!!. Im stumped at what to do so i am just taking a couple days off to heal.

    You said you only stopped PE for 2 days? Maybe you're really overtraining yourself hardcore. Take 2 weeks off or so and see. Also would be wise to see a uro and get tests done to see if you have any kind of internal damage. Do you still get morning erections? Remember less is more and undertraining will give you better gains than overtraining.

        You take anobolics at your own risk,I would look there for your answer. Few of the mods have much understanding of them. Within the chem pe subforum are guys who claim knowledge in that area,notably Jackxxx.

            I think roids really can mess up a body's chemistry, including mood swings, loss of libido, wrecks havoc with blood sugar levels, shuts off the normal body production because the body see that it getting stuff from someplace else, not to mention male osteoporosis, particluar types of liver tumors, and I could go on and on but I won't. Jackxx is right; take them at your own risk!

              dude... 2 grams a week? wtf r u cycling?

              i wouldnt cycle anything esp at 2g/week if i had test problems. that would only make it worse when i get off cycle. i would just not ejaculate for a few months, not watch porn, etc. it spoils soo many people

              also, u aware?

              EDIT: or maybe ur gf's a whale n ur dick doesnt wanna be around her lol

                Thanks guys for the fast feedback it so very appreciated. Sorry batwoman I was unsure of were to post this as i was assuming my ed was stemming from an PE injury.

                Pegasus, Thanks for the response. Unfortunaltey AAS carry a bad stigma.Steroids are far less "dangerous" than most people perceive them to be especially when used correctly. Although you would be correct in looking for the root of the issue in my chemical useage however, Not only I am i using them "correctly" ( Correctly as in- the way that best minimizes adverse side effects and other associated risks) I wouldn't be experiancing any issues while on cycle as my body is flooded with libido stimulating hormones. Any ED problems almost always come when cycling off but only for a short period of time if proper precautions are taken. Now Pegasus what do you think of My PE workout i know you yourself are a "PE master" in a sense, Do you think i am over training? i am stretching for an hour minimun and applying a substantial amount of force. ALso my girth workouts exceed and hour as well and are quite intense? I am unsure of what to do... should i cut back our continue on my course?

                Litopia- thank you for the PM i believe that has alot to do with the problem, most likely 70percent. However i doesn't explain the lack of "morning wood" and nightime erections that are associated with growth. For that reason i believe that their must be something im doing wrong physically as well in my training.

                Cusp- thank you for the response, although i have to disagree with you i appreaciate your concern and yes you are correct I am using them at my own risk. But the risks are far less than what one would think. In reality AAS for the most part have extremely mild side effects if used Responsibly... Now i have read alot of your posts Cusp and you seem to be very knowledgable about PE. Is their anything you see in my workouts the raise a red flag so to speak?

                FWARK- 2grams weekly isnt that much when you break it down between orals, androgenic compounds and anabolic compounds. I don't have Test problems, even when off after PCT my body bounces back to the normal range, So i know a Testesterone deficancy is not my problem, and if i did have a test problem ie low test, i'd never come off, Id just coast. Also i dont watch porn, and No hahahha my GF is not a whale, shes beautiful haha. What do u mean by "aware"

                  You've been doing PE for 8 months, you should know by how if your overworking yourself or not by checking your PI's and EQ after your workouts and on rest days. We can't tell you if theres anything wrong with your routine or not, for some that routine isn't enough and for others it would probably damage their penis, everyone is different. If that's your routine and it's been working for you for months then all of a sudden you have bad EQ then it could be something else.
                  Steroids, high libido or not, if your penis is overworked no matter how horny you are your penis will say no.

                    Steve what do you think? do you think that routine looks a little over zealous?

                    Heres an update which is only causing more confusion. Im on Day four of NO PE. Last night i spent time with my GF and was able to become aroused enough to acheive an erection- now it wasnt anything to write home about but my dick got up and my libido was far improved ie: i was very horny. I was able to sustain an erection and have sex. I woke up this morning not with morning wood but with about 65% erection and as the morning progressed i with no stimulation deveolped an erection. I was thinking back to the past 3 weeks and i realized that i have been having these erection issues for some time, that was one of the reasons why i jumped back on a cycle ( i was coasting) to combat that ED. This leads me to beleive even more strongly that this is workout related. I think the main part of my problem too is that i have SPA and a prettty good case of it at that. Props to litopia on the info thanks. But also i am start to believe i am overtraining... however i am not sure and i do not want to cut back, and slow gains.

                    Also here is some more info that might help, I always PE before i have sex. I am vain and i like the pump haha. I am wondering if that penile exhaustion mite play into it.

                    Pumping, i think the vaacuum pumping on top of that routine is intense, i might drop that completley.

                    I am also thinking about maybe limiting my stretching workout- even though i beleive it would be extremely difficult to overtrain via stretching. But the honest truth is I just dont know vets and mods do you have any ideas/thoughts on this? My workout is written above.

                    I think today i will do a light PE workout and see how it feels.

                      thanks steve i guess one of the issues of have is checking my PI's as AAS will screw with the indicators. For ex: gear gives you wood regardless, say i am taking 500mg of test and only doing 50 jelqs a day- severly undertrainig yet because of the AAS i will have great erections, frequent erections that are harder etc... I could look at that as a postive PI indicating growth- however that would just be testesterone exhibiting its natural effects on the human body. Another example is that i could be doing my current workout come off the Test and experiance an drop in EQ and erection frequence all which are negative PI's but that could just be an side effect of taking an exogenous source of test. Does this make sense? its hard to use PI's as a way to judge how my workouts are going as they are no longer are 100% accurate.

                      hope this helps. Because the bottom line is im not sure what to do. I also have been plateued at around 6.75 inches for the last couple of months too. Im really trying to smash through this to 7in NBPEL
