I have been taking ginseng, ginko-biloba, green tea extract, and to a lesser extant ginger. My erections are becoming rock solid again and I'm wondering how long I should continue taking the 5gs or if there is some sort of maintenance dosage. My ED was primarily psychological and from shock\trauma after a severe car accident that resulted in ankle/hip surgery and a massive concussion. Before that I was in excellent shape, would get erections all day long intermittently, and never took any of the 5gs. My EQ fluctuates between a 6 and 8.5 currently and it's getting better. Since taking the 5gs I have also restarted pe and kegeling consistently which also has helped tremendously, but I'm wondering if there are continued benefits of taking any of the 5gs once your EQ increases.
