  • The 5 Tibetan Rites and Sat kriya

    Hello everybody
    Its been long since I last wrote. Im back because I have some interesting information to share.
    Last week for some reason I was searching for some alternative diet medicine website and I saw a post by a guy giving his email for anybody that wanted books about that particular matter.
    I wrote him an email and he replied with 50 pdf ebooks retalted from diet to naturla cancer cures.Books that you usually have to pay for.
    To be honest I took it for granted and I thought the guy was a health freak,it was 3 pages of emails.
    Well,there were 2 particular books that caught my atention.
    one was about The fountainn of Youth,a simple series of exercises tha tpromise to turn the clock back.Also known as The 5 tibetan rites.You can easily find the ebook for free or instructions in youtube.
    So I started doing it,its an easy yoga routine of 5 exercise required to be practiced daily.21 repetitions per exercise.
    That is the original routine of exercise,but there is a 6th exercise included in the latest edition. It caught my interested cause it talked about transmutation of the sexual energy.
    The concept means chanell your life,sexual energy up throu your spine to the different energy centers in your body so it can be used that way.
    I practiced that exercise but that exercise lead me to research further con the concept of Transmutation of sexual energy.
    That is how last night I came across this yoga exercise called Sat Kriya SAT KRIYA : Yoga en casa

    In theory its one of the strongest yogic poses/exercise and it benefits the sexual organs. I want to be very cautious here choosing my words:
    Im not saying that this exercise cures ED. I've only done it twice and I have not read anywhere that it cures impotence. What I ahve read is this exercise promotes good functioning of sexual glands and all around well being PLUS it resolves mental sexual disorders.
    For many of us in this forum impotence is a consecuence of not being able to control our urge for sex/masturbation. Many of us may be adicted to itAnd the reasons to become adicted to masturbation can be many,from being shy,to fear of an impotence episode,previous experiences,insecurities and so on. So this exercise alone is suposed to deal and balance our sexual energy,chanell it to other areas and maybe not be that obsesive about sex.
    NOW MY RESULTS.
    I have to say teh 5 rites felt so good all around,mo body looked in fact rejuvinated after only 3 days. My abs section reminds me of my 18's days,very toned(I just turned30) and I havent felt the urge or desire to masturbate,watch porn or meet a girl for a whole week. Im in amore spiritual mood if you may call it and realize life is full of posibilities,a day has 24hours and before I waisted most of the time thinking about girls adn watching to videos whenever I could.These were my results with the 6 tibetan rites.
    Now yesterday at night,when I found about the Sat Kriya pose I did the exercise before going to bed. Today in the morning I had a morning wood that woke me up.My recent history is I rarely get morning wood and when I do its definately not wood lol,its a semi hard erection. To my surprise lately soon as I opened my eyes my morning wood would come down. Today it remained hard after opening my eyes. I just knew it was from the pose I did right before going to bed. So I started to do it again while still erected and I could feel the energy and my penis getting harder while performing the exercise at first and finally getting soft.I think the energy was going its way upwards to teh other energy center.
    I was never itnereste din yoga before,I thought it was a female or old people thing. Im a gym guy.I thought it was half lie and a hippie thing.Im not budhist or anything.I just tried this out of curiosity and got these results so I just wanted to share them and...to each its own.
    If anybody can overcome his adiction and reprogram himself form porn i will feel great I helpedIf anybody cures his impotence I will feel glad.
    Im going to keep with teh daily routine of the 5 tibetna rites,and doing the 2 sexual energy transmutation techniques. Im tired of waisting my time watching porn and masturbating.And now I see I was waisting vital energy too that I can chanell to other purposes.
    I want to state clear that i dont feel asexual or feminized in any way.In fact I feel really confident and good self steem after these exercises.Meaning that if the ocasion comes with a woman I will not chicken.I feel strong.Its just that now I have the control,and I decide to spend that energy in growing spiritually or nourishing other parts of my body instead of waisting it daily with masturbation.
    Let me know what you think. IM not going to explain the rites or Sat kriya,theres already ton of information on the subjet online adn IM not an expert in any way,in fact I m not really flexible and I dont think Im yet getting the mos tof the exercises I need to improve.There arereviews on amazon for the book etc.But any other question I'll be glad to help. Give it a chance and report back

    I forgot to say,during my first days on the 5 rites my urine was very yelow and dark in color.Ive read more testimonials about this.The exercise seem to help eliminate toxins acumulated in the body for years.Now after a few days my urine is surpringisly clear sometimes like water definately clearer thna the color it had before starting the exercises. And that is suposed to be a good health sign.
    I also forgot to mention the other book.It was based on wrong eating habits.
    It was a very complex detailed book but the poinst I took and use from it were:
    1.Eat one food at a time.either protein carbohidrates vegetables fruit or milk but dont mix.You see a lyon doesnt eat meat along with vegetables and so on. Digestion starts in the mouthIf you eat fruit your stomach created certian acids and if you eat along with protein its not going ot digest it well and get the nutrients.PLus making digestion difficult. I made a test.My mother cooked chicken and then rice.I ate chicken and I was just cool regular then she said eat some ricei could not say no but I payed atention.Soon as I started eating rice my stomach started curmping,the usual fulness and unconfortable feeling that leaves you all drousy after a meal in teh sofa with flatulences.I've been folowing this. Sometimes I eat plain rice and thats it.Or bread for dinner and nothing else. All my digestive issues have dissapeard and contrary to what you may think Im not hungry in between hours.
    2. Dont drink while eating. This is an absolute dont.W ehave salivary glands to help digestion.When you eat something it sends sginals to your stomach to create gastric acids for that particular food and amount of foodBy drinking you are lessening the effect of those accids thus making digestion more difficult.
    3.Sugar is poison.I mean estracted white sugar.the same included in every soda chocolate bar juice etc. This sugar ferments in your digestive system creating an alcoholic like reaction,that the high we get when we eat candy and thats the reason why we dont get that high eating apples.Natural sugar usually comes with lots of water and its ready to be absorbed and used efficiently by your body.So no sugar at all.You can use Honey.
    So these have been the changes I have included in my diet.I sometimes eat several foods together since I live with my family and I dont want them to be ofended by not accepting their food. But breakfast and dinner Im folowing the separation principle,and sometimes at mid day.
    Once the digestion si completed you can always eat anything you want if you feel hungry. So introducing another meal in between hours instead of eating all together for dinner etc may be the answer.
    Its just wonderful the feeling of eating without feeling the heavyness etc.
    I hope not to bore you guys.
    Again IM not a doctor and Im not advicing to anybody folow stricly what i just said.Everyone is different.I happen to be a healthy strong individual and only 30 years old.So to each its own.Be careful,do your research on this data Im presenting,test,and make your own decisions

      Hello,last night I performed another 3 mintues of the yoga technique Sat kriya and I had a extremelly hard erection during the night that woke me up.I just couldnt believe how hard it was,really rock hard and I dont remember when was the last time I felt it that way so I touched it ove rmy pants and realized I wasnt wrong.It was steel hard. So now I really think theres something REAL about this technique and everybody should give it a try. I have found this good explanation video that will help everybody to do ir the right way. I got results by doing it only 3 minutes so it has to be very powerful.Here you go

      I havent tried it while having sex or masturbating because I really dont feel like keep waisting my energy by doing so. So any of you will have to test it in that matter. I dont feel the urge to masturbate.That psycological urge that literally used to push me to the internet looking for videos.I hope this technique makes your road easier in your battle with porn or any benefit you may get from it. Im a believer

              just updating, finally curiosity won and I needed to test my erection while masturbating. Just gotta say it gets so hard that hurts,like no more blood can be trapped inside.My glans gets huge red like a mushrom.Before it wasnt that big and tight.definately the hardest erections I've had in years.

                    So this is the 6th of the Tibetian rites that my yoga teacher said she would skip. (I am one of about two men in this sea of older to elderly women yoga class. That's what happens when you retire and take a yoga class during the day.). Thanks for the info.

                      Found it in English. Too bad they didn't start teaching foreign languages in school till high school.

                      Anyhow I tried it out. I already have a fair amount of practice in pulling the energy up the spine so this will be a good complement to both pe and yoga for me.

                      A variation on the pulling up the energy is with the TAoist (Chia) big draw and cool draw. The idea is to get rid of excess sexual energy (i.e. the desire to masturbate too much or to be able to calm down your arousal level when sex is not possible or you want to last longer during sex or edging.).

                        Sorry I gave the wrong impression.This sat kriya pose is not the 6th tibetan rite. I had a back pain injury playing basketball so I stopped my yoga all together.Im back today and will report.
                        Just to make it clear there are the 5 tibetans rites.Then there is the 6 tibetan rite suitable for men(not women) cause it sends the sexual energy up to the higher energy centers(chakras)so you can use that energy for other purposes.I would not advice that one to guys with low libido.I've found that the 6th rite truly works and you are not as interested in sex and discover a more spiritual you.So you decide.
                        Aside from the tibetan rites I researched and found the sat kriya pose wich I find very powerful for my erections specially doing it before going to bed.
                        You will have to research the 6 rite if interested its simple to do but difficult to explain

                          I could not go on with my diet.Living with my mother its not easy to folow a strict diet but Ive cut sugar alcohol and bread.That along with yoga makes me feel as light as a teenager.Im 30 and I started to feel heavy legs and lazy.Now I feel like back at 18,plus the added benefits of hard erections.

                              hey guys

                              just wanted to update you guys on my progress.... i have been trying the 5 rites & sat kriya for a week now (mon/weds/fri) basically doing 10-15 reps for each rite....

                              so far i have noticed harder erections at night... usually when i go to the washroom i lose my erection the minute i stand up... now i notice that it lasts alot longer than before... for sex i noticed some noticeable improvement... i'm definitely not 100% (i'd say 60-70%) so there is still room for improvement

                              i'm gonna try the sat kriya before i go to bed and see how it effects my morning wood....

                              also i have been also working out (just once a week) to try to boost my testosterone levels... i have stopped taking any vitamins, 5 gs etc
