super weak pelvic muslces

hey guys,
so i have those super weak kegel muscles, i do no remember how i got them but KEGEL exercises do not work.. when i kegel they feel super weak
anyone had the same problem ?

They get weak because they become fatigued, you won't build up strength overnight, do a consistent routine which incorporates rest days.

And give it time before you say that kegels don't work

i did not mastrubate since the middle of JAnuary and i did kegels, a whole month of rest and ZERO results

How many kegals did you do and how long can you hold a kegal?

50 kegels couple a days a week , i did them in a quick matter 1-2 sec.

Try doing 10 three times a day and hold each one for 30 seconds.

Exercise takes rime to work, people tend to give up too quick.

around 1 month and zero results from kegels.. when i do them i do not have morning wood on the next morning
