Things have been off this week. First of all I took Friday and Saturday off, which left me with an EQ of around 6 on Sunday’s routine. Monday’s workout was better with an EQ of around 7.5-8. Then on Wednesday I tried, for the first time to take 10mg of cialis (split a 20mg), and I noticed that I could get aroused a little easier but the EQ was still not great and I had a significant loss in length and girth (like .5” length and .3” girth).
Not sure what to think of this. I haven’t been sleeping that great lately and I think I am a little dehydrated, but that much of a loss. I feel like rest days hurt my EQ (sounds weird). Anyways, I have a girl coming up on the weekend and not sure what to do. Any advice on the following:

- Should I take the full 20mg of cialis when with my date?
- Should I take a week-long break?
- Should I decrease the intensity of my routine, which I have been increasing incrementally?

Maby it needs it. It may also be stress or the lack of sleep. Maby you think to much about it. Take a break from porn, pe, this site, anything related or like it, don`t even measure. Take a step back from it all.
