  • A Long Keggle Turned Into an Issue.

So a while back, my penis was fine in every aspect (size, girth, erections). Then one day, out of curiousity, as I was sitting on the toilet taking a dump, I keggled and held it for like 15 seconds without letting go. Towards the end, my penis started twitching rapidly and that's when I let go. After this incident, I had a bit of trouble with my poop and I had to give it more force than before.
So my problem is that ever since this happened, my penis hasn't been the same. I feel like the size has shrunken, and same with the girth, and also I cannot get an erection at all. When I wake up in the morning, my penis is barely erected and it goes down pretty quick. Furthermore, I have problems in the toilet when I take a dump it feels like it won't come out so I have to force it really hard and most of them it won't finish. One more thing is that when I am doing my business, my penis twitches again like it does when you have an orgasm, but it doesn't feel like one and nothing comes out of it and it only twitches once, or maybe twice.
Last thing is that when I keggle again, my penis shrivels up instead of jumping up like it's supposed to.
If you guys can let me know what the problem is or give me some advice on how I can manage it I'd greatly appreciate it.
    Thanks.

I don't think it's an injury because there is no pain, discharge, or anything of that nature.
The only issue I have is getting an erection and kegelling, I think it is most likely a pelvic floor issue or a muscle imbalance.
And this happened about 2 weeks ago.
