For the G's to take affect, because i read gingko takes a few weeks before it takes effect is this true?

Because i bought some korean genseng tea from healthstore wondering when i should take it to take full advantage of benefits of it?

Prehaps 30 mins before anticipated sex or the night before, what works best?

I would say that in general it all promotes better penile health and you could take it several hours before sex. If you work then try taking it at the end of the work day every day.

I take it between 5-6pm. It took about 2 days for me to notice any effects from it. It's not the kind that you take and it instantly makes you super hard for a certain amount of time. They're herbs. Herbal remedies take time to have an effect, and you need to take them over days, months, years. I take them every day, and generally it makes it easier for me to get erections, no matter the time of day.

I also take Horny Goat Weed about 20 mins before sex. This adds to the effects of the 5-G's. I get erections from kissing.

Frequent erections = frequent orgasms.

Could be within hours, days, or even months. Some people respond differently and have different reactions, and also some don't respond at all. Personally I'd run with it for a month and then decide if its something for you or not. The days that you take the supplements, you might want to consider spreading the dosage out at different times of the day. Morning, mid, late in day.
