  • Need help asap

    hey i am 25year old. i used to have strong erection when i was a teenager and i masturbated alot during that time. My penis is little bit bent in the middle and a bit thin at the base. i get weak erections now with premature ejactulation. even after taking viagra and levitra i dont get a powerful erection and control myself to ejaculate in 1 min. but still its makes a little difference then normal. i dont watch porn and masturbate since very long but still of no use the condition is same no matter what. I got a very hot gf whom i want to fuck very badly but cant do it the way she wants and em afraid of losing her please help me what should i do. should i buy vacuum pump, take arginine , ginseng , do kegel , or go for penile implant surgery ...need feedback please help me out guys

    effedup, there is no over night solution for this. For you to improve it, it is going to take time and dedication. It's no problem that it is a little bent, thin at the shaft, and you have weak erections. You can work on this and it can easily be improved but like i said it might take a few weeks or a few months. I would start with the beginner PE workout that is provided on this website with kegels. Also how is your health, are you overweight, obese, thin, skinny, eating healthy, working out, etc. Lifestyle and your overall health has a great impact on you erections and your state. You can have low testosterone levels, high cholesterol, health related issue, etc. that can hinder the quality of your erections and such. Masturbating at younger age has nothing to do with it, it's natural. Only bad thing about masturbation is if you do it too much too often you can decrease your penis sensitivity.

        thanks jhonyyjohn for taking time out and replying to my post.. My health lifestyle physique diet everything is good..one thing is that i smoke. but this problem is before i started smoking so i think it has nothing to do with it. testosterone level i have doubts about it gonna check it soon..i think my penis sensitivity is decreased. i have to apply power to get my penis up. is kegels gonna help in such condition?

          You have a decrease in penis sensitivity, i know a lot of guys have this when they masturbate a lot and rigorously. I would say don't masterbate often or even if you can at all and let it get some of its sensitivity back. I also think you can use vitamin e and shea butter oils or something because they are good for the skin. Other than that you should do abit of your own research online;
