Hi, As far as I know and have recomended for rebooting its no sex or sexual contact of any kind and no masturbating, so if that is the way your going, so how would you fit jelqing in there, I think it would be best not to touch, till your 90 days are up, what did they say in the challenge as what you can do and what you cant do.
But at the end of the day you are rebooting your body, yes
