Hey I've been searching around for information a while now and I'm so thankfull for all for the great things on this site!
I have a problem with hardness and EQ which is what I aim to improve, I've started minutemans kegel guide and have seen some results which I am really amazed with. However, I would like to know if anyone know any other excercises which improves EQ?
I've read jelqing and edging may help EQ but My living condition kind of limits me abit.
I am also currently taking 4 of the 5 gs (not garlic, and i drink the Green Tea) and have started to eat about 25-30g of dark chocolate (90% cocoa) and taken zink tabletts (20 mg).
I am also rather skinny and have started to train more although I'm as of now only using my body as weight.
