  • Erection question.

    I'll get straight to the point.

    I never wake up with morning wood. If I just decided to masturbate right now it would be damn near impossible to get hard. I usually go days without even getting an erection once throughout the day.

    When I'm with my girlfriend she can get me fairly hard probably 80%, since apparently I can get hard just not by myself, what exactly is the cause of this and how can I fix it? I would like rock hard raging boners whenever I please, not to be soft always and hard with her.

    I don't believe it's ED since she can get me erect.. Any advice guys?

      I agree with SkyRunner, if you watch a lot of porn it could be the cause of it. Be a bit more specific with past experiences if you can please

        Don't watch porn except the rare occasions when a woman wants to. I rarely masturbate maybe once a month if that.. I had an active sex life until recently because I wanted to solve this so it stopped

          That means your body is simply not able to or finds it very difficult to make you get an erection. I am not a doctor but I would guess it could come from bad circulation, or some type of nerve damage/problem. Please, go see an urologist in order for him to give you an accurate and correct diagnosis.

                Agree with Skyrunner, if its not porn related, or something you are doing you may need to go to a urologist. I am sure he has seen things like this 1000's of times

                    Well just like Sky Runner said maybe seeing an urologist would be your best bet.But add some towel rasies and edging may also help.Get as hard as you can.By using your own imagine and hands and doing something like 3 sets of towel rasies and 3 sets of edging.Good Luck man!

                      The healthier a man is, the better the erections. Eat a natural diet, exercise regularly, no smoking, less alcohol. You can research suppliments like Flax seed oil and damiana to see what works for you.

                        I eat fairly healthy and not much exercise but I work 30 hours a week and I've tried the 5 gs with Arginine it doesn't seem to do a thing.. My dick feels tense inside instead of just relaxed, even my erections aren't as fully engorged as they used to be. It stays at a tight constricted turtles stage almost all day it won't relax and hang normally.

                          Josh, your problems are very similar to my own.

                          I have tried just about everything over the years but to no avail and I'm now seriously starting to think it's all in my head. In fact, I told my doc a similar tale to yours just before Christmas and she thought it was psychogenic. If this is the case then no amount of exercise or supplements (whilst useful in their own right) will actually get to the bottom of things.

                          What makes me think you might be stressing is that your penis isn't relaxed and feels 'tight' and 'tense', as you put it. Sometimes you can be stressed out even without realising it so please bear this in mind. Unfortunately, there's often a vicious circle involved where sexual problems lead to stress and then the stress itself perpetuates the sexual problems. I can't be absolutely certain that this fully explains your situation but it may at least be something to consider. Is your libido affected in any way? If so then this could also be an indicator of such things as tension/anxiety/depression etc...

                          Of course, you'd need to get a professional opinion in order to rule out any physical factors. Once this is done you will then know where you stand and be able to proceed from there.

                              You could be experiencing a psychogenic problem which is a psychological matter of some sort a mental hang up and it sucks at how mysterious this can be, can be a challenge but if you can undersstand what this psychological matter is then you might be able to circumvent it but at the base its psychogenic or psychological in origin. You are able to arise to a certain degree with her so why not you try some generic viag like me? Try and obtain some and see if it will give you a boost. Don't try to figure out to much over this psychogenic stuff basically you are falling short so get an extra kick from some drugs.
