Very upsetl from Erectile Dysfunction -- Please Help

ive had ED for 16 yrs and its gotten worse. i got it from a med called respridol. it gave me an hour glass shape at the base of my penis. the shape is gone. but i can still feel indents along the girth as if its still there. cialis and viagra dont work as well as before. trimix made my penis bend a bit to the side, so im a bit apprehensive about continuing it.

until 3 months ago i had some success with morning erections. but recently my morning erections either stopped or have gotten very soft and incomplete. its very strange. my ED has gotten worse.

im very desperate and need your advice. what you guys suggest?

Hi there,

This is a very serious thing to say. If you are in any way considering ending your life over ED, the first thing you must do is go speak to a professional counsellor. Then once you feel that there is no longer a risk of self harm, then see a specialist in ED and take his advice. Issues as serious as this should be taken to the professional medical/psychological world before you post something like this on our forums.

Please do not take that as an insult in any way at all as I feel for you but saying you are suicidal is unacceptable my friend. Scroll down the "sticky" thread on here and see if you can get some tips but as I said before, consult professionals. We are simply a community of men that (mostly) do not have medical backgrounds and are here for tips, support and motivation.

Suicide is a crime you know. You could be arrested for doing it and sentenced to life. So think twice.

Otherwise try this. Look for any reputable hospital nearby and go and make a booking with a urologist to look at your dick and a cardiologist to look at your blood circulation and then try to do exactly what they tell you.

hello litopita... i've been to the uro and hes given me all that technology has to offer.. injections, pills and doppler. i went last nite to the emergency room where they checked my blood pressure and gave me an electrocardiogram. the results were normal. but even if the results were normal, do u still think i should see a cardiologist?

You can't get charged with a crime if you're dead. If he really wanted to kill himself and he was intelligent enough, he could easily do it. I am not saying he should AT ALL. He should follow what others have been saying, and get medical help. Coming to a forum isn't the place you really want to come to. If thoughts of suicide come to your mind ever, you should honestly seek medical help or see a counselor...

please dont mention PE.. its dangerous and can worsen ED further. uros dont recommend it. i tried it and had very negative results.

i dont think ur listening to me. forget about the suicide.. lets focus instead on curing this ED. that way, therell be no need for suicide.. seriously, i dont want to discuss suicide.. i want to talk about solutions to my ED, likie, stem cell therapy, PRP, surguries, etc.

Yes. You need to have your cardiovascular system checked. Thats where physiological ED comes from. Blood circulation. Circulatory system. Its always important to rule out anything to do with bad cholesterol, plaque or atherosclerosis in the vessels before even attempting anything else. Its usually through this process that many men find out they have larger underlying problems. I know guys who found out they had "secret" Type 2 after seeing cards for ED complaints after failing with uros. Thats why for me the buck stops with the cards. ONLY if your cardiovascular system is found to be healthy is when you can start even thinking about stuff like PRP and stem cells. How sure are you of tissue damage to consider such replacement therapy? You're not. You are speculating. And its never good to speculate while desperate. You are going to take your time. Uros have a limit. Do a one on one with a card like I told you. Rule out cardiovascular problems first. Then second step we rule out psychological problems. Then third is only when we can rule out venous and tissue damage with things like stem cells and surgery but that is a long shot. Its always a long shot. But its possible. Few things are impossible or at least "manageable". Decapitated veterans are disabled but can still somehow "manage" to integrate and smile and live happily ever after.

first of all talk about suicide is NEVER stupid. dont EVER tell a suicidal person that his issues are stupid. doing so makes u VERY stupid. if u think suiciders are stupid, then u shouldnt be moderating a forum where i'm sure those who suffer from ED are so depressed that theyve thought about suicide. i dont know how u were made a mod. but i'm going to complain about ur lack of care. ur not doing a good job as a mod. u shouldnt be here. dont comment on any of my threads anymore. ur too negative and i will complain about ur presence as a mod here.

hi not2big. i havent injected much just about 12 - 14 times. the curvature is about 20 degrees but bothers me when i take a leak. it doesnt shoot straight but off to the side by 20 degrees. the last time i tried it was march. i dont know if i should continue with them. let me know what u think.

hi litopita. thank u s much for ur in-depth help. ur reply gives me some confidence about the future with medical help. when i went to the emergency room the other day, i was referred to see a cardio.. but the appontment is on feb 25. i aint gonna wait that long. amazing how a world renowned hospital known for its cardio makes ppl with heart probs wait that long. i'm thinking of seeing a cardio whos got a clinic 5 blocks away from my house. the thing is, i dont know how reputable he is. i'll see the cardio. hopefully hell give me "bad" news to see whats going on. then i'll take it from there.

btw, they shouldve made u a mod since instead of judging ppl with probs u give them hope and help. thats what a real mod does.

Yes I am stupid but certain things just don't jive around here. We don't allow folks to come on here and threaten to hurt themsleves because their dick doesn't work. We're not a consuling service and we're not here to do therapy. We're here to help guys that want to help themselves, either through enlargement, better health, and even to help them through the trouble with ed. The minute you say you want to hurt yourself because of a problem you have then you belong someplace other than here. Do we care? We sure do, all of us do, but we cannot allow those that may want to hurt themselves a forum for their issues. For their own health and safety they belong somewhere else. I gave this guy a one week vacation and maybe if he comes back he might come back with an attitude that will allow us to help without fear.

Yes. This is the right attitude to have. Chin up. Gritted teeth. Squinted eyes. ED is tough as fuck. It plays with the essence of a man's manhood. What makes a man a man. But then again, real men must be longsighted enough to rise above their limitations. This will get sorted, don't worry. The key is on finding out the ROOT CAUSE. We must go to all lengths to find out the ROOT CAUSE of our problems because then we can easily defeat them.

So make an appointment with that card or any you can find and have a chat to get your mind at ease. Depending on the manpower and equipment at their disposal they can do a thorough scan and analysis of your system and advise you appropriately. Regarding the cialis question that I saw you posting, you have to note that all these drugs have to suffer from drug tolerance/resistance sooner or later as the body gets "used" to them and lessens their efficacy. But psychology also plays a huge part with regards to ED meds. They are only as powerful as your mind allows them to be. If your mind is in a poor frame, like it is now, their effectiveness is lowered. This will be one of the issues you will discuss with the card. Otherwise good luck.

If you are injecting Trimix it should be under the guidance of a urologist. Accordingly, you should have your dick checked by the urologist to be sure the curvature is not caused by scar tissue. If it is, injections are not for you. My urologist advised that it usually takes more than a year of regular (at lesst once a week) injecting before scar tissues starts to show significant build up. If you are cleared by a doc, injections are indeed a viable option. That being said, finding the root cause of your ED is definitely the right way to go.
