I'm a newcomer, and I had promised myself not to open a thread so soon. But the fact is that can't find info on this, in fact I've discovered this forum when searching further info on long kegels. I've been aware that kegels were good to improve EQ for a long time but I can't seem to get any benefit out of them. As a consequence I've been trying to practice different kegel routines on and off for the last few month with little to no success; frustrating and discouraging. I feel some long kegels could be extremely beneficial- and yet I can't pull any. The reason why I think long kegels could improve my EQ is that I have been able on very rare occasions ( like twice in my life) to cum by only contracting my kegel with almost no hand stimulation or any other muscle involved, and those have been the best orgasms of my life- and by far. Just body-shaking, mind-blowing. And after that my dick just would stay 90% hard, I could definitely have kept on polishing my rod but I was too exhausted from the orgasm.
(I want to add that I've been doing all I could in all the other domains in order to help with my EQ, so before you ask: I'm healthy, non-smoker, I take L.-arginine, Ginseng, Gingko, Maca, B vitamins, magnesium, zinc etc.. I don't drink any alcohol, I exercise not all the time but walk a lot and use my bicycle a lot as well, I eat very healthy, organic fruits and vegetables, etc... I've also layed off the occasional porn 2 month ago, etc... my point being that I'm healthier than all the people I know, and I'm making lots of efforts to improve this particular aspect (EQ) of my life and it all has yet to pay. Note: I haven't stopped masturbating/ having sex though.)
It seems the longest kegels I'm able to pull are 2 seconds at best. I've searched extensively how to improve this but I harvested very little usable help. When I read about some of you guys holding your PC muscle for several minutes I get really envious ! It seem I have the best control of my dick-muscle when I'm fully erected so I usually try the kegels while masturbating. Some guy somewhere suggested putting a sock or a towel to help but that's just not an option when my erection level is at 6/10. I 've been able to isolate my pc muscle when wanking but it requires an incredible amount of concentration not to contract my abs / buttocks/ thigs while trying make my glans hard. (That's my biggest problem: my glans is soft most of the time. I can get a pretty rigid shaft but we all know what makes the diff for the girl is the stiffness of the head .
