So I'm in my late 20's, slim, very healthy, always have been, eat a good diet and work out when I can although my job is quite physical. I have an absolutely stunning GF of many years who has always been very supportive but the ED/Pre-j getting worse, and in some ways I've basically been avoiding sex so this has to stop now!
This has really haunted me for many years now - I've never been able to last very long at all (maybe 5 mins) and recently I'm noticing my EQ is now becoming a problem, to the point there's been times I can't hold my wood for even a minute prior to sex, which in turn is not conducive to attempting sex, and it's slowly beginning to kill my sex drive, which is otherwise healthy.
Yes, I think porn was one part of it too which I've recently quit altogether, and as a temporary stop gap I tried cialis which really helped get amazing EQ (on all but one occasion) but I hate the fact I might taking a pill to solve the problem, not to mention the GF doesn't know and wouldn't approve.
I wanted to start exercises but there's nearly too much information on this site - everyone seems to have opinions about what is the best way to start and frankly it's difficult to wade through it all to find the correct solution.
Can someone help with specific suggestions for exercises?
A couple of things to consider:
1, about 12 years ago, during a series of stupid substance fueled poundings, my frenulum kept getting sore, and I eventually ended up having a frenuloplasty, which I don't feel was 100% successful. It may not have helped that while it was still healing, the GF wanted to make sure it was still working via a BJ. It;s been fine but I've always felt it was over sensitive - The center point of the frenulum where they made a horizontal incision is, 10 years later, incredibly sensitive to even a gentle touch. Is this normal?
2, I'm not interested in size or girth excercise - I'm big enough at 7"+ with a GF that is tiny. It's purely about getting good EQ and then hopefully working on lasting longer.
So to recap, I really just want to increase EQ and have confidence in the physical aspect and banish the Pre-Ej as a longer term goal.
Not to be rude but please keep this to exercises, I don't need the copy and paste lecture from Shrek about how everything boils down to SPA etc. I am incredibly strong willed and know this needs to be addressed from the physical.
