  • What do YOU tell her?...

Hello again friends.I have finally received my Cialis and Viagra trial kits. I must say that the Cialis does work well. I had an unexpectd encounter with my GF tonight and even though it got hard for a few minutes, when it was time it just went limp, like someone had just pulled the plug. She is a very wonderful woman and has never put me down because of my ED. But at times like tonight when I did not take my Cialis and things went bad, what do I tell her? What do you tell your girlfriend or wife? How do I try to save face and feel better about myself? If I try to explain that what happened was not how I had intended, it just makes me feel worse. I am now at home writing this because of the black blotch on an otherwise great evening with my wonderful woman. Thanks for any help.

Sounds like she is already aware of your ED and is supportive, so there is nothing for you to say. If you are open about the issue (is not like you can hide it) then she can be helping you. IS what me and my husband L4M did when he was dealing with ED. Just don't let that stop the flow, you can still love her with your mouth, fingers, toys, whatever and sometimes that buys you enough time to get your unit working again or for the medicine to kick in. Believe me being up front and working through it, will give you both relief and will lowers the performance anxiety (please realize that we as women feel anxiety too over ED, such as; Is it me that's causing it? Maybe I am not attractive enough? Maybe I did not give him enough foreplay? Etc. ED doesn't affect you only it affects the couple, handle it as a couple.

I am thankful everyday for PEGym since we no longer have this issue in our lives, but I would not have traded the experience because it brought us closer together by working through it. Good Luck to you and your lady!

Hello MrsLooking and thank you for your kind and supportive words. You mentioned that you and your husband no longer have the ED issue to deal with. What did you do to resolve it? Was it a medical issue that was treated or something? Sometimes I just don't understand. I am healthy and only 62. I am not overweight, I have high blood pressure but it is managed and I take pretty good care of myself. I would rather not use meds to get an erection. But am not sure what to do right now.

In my husband's case it was low testosterone, he was only 43 at the time. He went to the Dr got the blood work done and started hormone shots, after a while he did not want to have all the side effects of the shots and started to look into a holistic ways to help himself. He found this site as part of his research and we drastically changed our diet, which included too much soy at the time (due to my lactose intolerance). He did JP90 routine for the 90 days and then added ulis, etc. He also took some supplements but I don't remember them all. Feel free to PM him (Looking4More), he will be glad to help you. Hope this helps!

          Were the "trial kits" free?

I have a form of ED...didn't realize until the doctor told me there is no such thing as DE (delayed ejaculation). After about 45 minutes or so I start to loose my erection when I'm trying to cum. I can't cum vaginally...I have to do it manually...

So she prescribed me Viagra while we wait for the blood tests to come back, but that shit is expensive!

          BTW- I'm 53...
It's not the size of the ship, but the motion in the ocean that counts!

              Hey Tennisea,
My problem turned out to be very low testosterone and after taking the shots all is well. Before I knew what it was, I tried Horny Goat Weed. It definitely helped in my case. I recommend you get it checked just to know where you stand. There are different treatments for it. I took the shots for a while, then tried it the natural way but got lazy and ended up on the shots for the moment. If it turns out your T is just a little low, there are things to eat that can naturally boost it up. If it's more severe like mine, then you may need the shots or topical application for a while until you find the cause. My brother also suffered from low T but all his problem turned out to be was an allergy to chicken. I myself will be seeing a specialist soon and hope to find the cause and hopefully fix it naturally.
Other symptoms of low T are lack of energy, feelings of depression, weight gain around mid section, loss of muscle tone, some loss of libido and erections, and in extreme cases like mine, back spasms. If you have any of these, I would get checked.
Another thing that affects it is performance anxiety brought on by porn. If that is not relevant, then surely check your T.
              Good luck with it.

Looking4more, thank you sooo much for your encouraging words! I will get my T tested even though the only symptom I have from those you listed is some ED. I have been doing a lot of research on line from better managing my blood pressure to taking some enhancing supplements like those listed above form other contributors, to kegels. My goal is to try to find a solution or regimen where I do not have to take and drugs like Cialis. But for now I guess it helps...Give my thanks to your wife for her suggestions also.

I also have high blood pressure. It must be a genetic thing with me since I don't have any typical features or habits that would contribute to it. I am tall and slender, don't drink, don't smoke, eat pretty decent, have an active job, etc. I take a medication called Bystolic right now.It has worked really well with no side effects. Don't need much either, just 5mg a day. I was taking a supplement called COQ10. It worked very well for me but I got lazy and didn't take it at night when I should have (I had to take it twice a day). Had no choice but to start meds again due to having to pass a physical for Boy Scout camp. I am now execising more and trying to get off the meds. Also gonna get back on the COQ10.
If your blood pressure is way out of control, I have heard that can affect ED to a degree.
