  • Curing ED: PE Routines & No Porn

For those of you suffering from ED, I would highly suggest checking out Your Brain On Porn | Evolution has not prepared your brain for today's Internet porn . There is a ton of valuable information, including the science behind how porn can cause ED.

I have begun a period of abstinence from porn. Around the same time, I stumbled upon this site and have also begun a PE routine. By combining these two elements and focusing on living a healthier lifestyle, I'm hoping to kick my ED. I'm only 26 years old and can't describe the depression involved in failing to get an erection the last time I attempted to have sex. I will beat this before this year is over! More of my story can be found on the link below.

I encourage anybody struggling with ED to also follow my thread/journal here: My Journey & Solutions For ED: YBOP & Beyond .

Here, I will be logging my results from following both the information on Your Brain On Porn | Evolution has not prepared your brain for today's Internet porn and my PE routine, along with any other personal changes I make along the way of creating a healthier, better version of myself.

Good luck to all on your own journeys!

I'm really beginning to wonder who's behind these "Your brain on porn" sites. Im willing to bet just about anything that some sort of religious group began the sites. No urologist ive spoken to has told me porn or masturbation is a problem at all, I mean hell they've only gone to school for SEVEN YEARS TO STUDY UROLOGY, WHAT DO THEY KNOW RIGHT!? Wack your bag all you want, you wont grow hair on your palms and you WONT develop erectile dysfunction.

On the contrary, there is science behind it. I completely understand (and used to agree with) your perspective, but would hope that you've done the research on this topic before forming such a strong opinion.

I do not believe this is a problem for all porn users, but the science behind it makes complete sense and I do believe that this does contribute to ED for some men.

Furthermore, I doubt there is a crazy abstinence teaching religious group behind this. However, we all know there is a ton of money in pharmaceuticals, so there is definitely other motives for pills being the treatment and fix-all solution to ED and many other problems in life.

I understand both sides of this argument, but encourage anybody interested to properly do the research before shitting on any theories out there. What works for some won't for others... the more you know, the better off you are.

Well most Drs know how to prescibe a handfull of drugs to take care of the masses. Truth is Dale you may or may not figure out your problem, but as I responded in another thread you were in.............Cutting out porn is working for me,And Many Many others along the way. Its funny how there are so many natural cures and natural ingredients we know work, and how few Drs will acknowledge them.
