    Hi guys im 27 years old 6'0 and 180 lbs (almost fit) and i have problems to get it hard 1 month ago ill try to make a short story.. i ve never had a problem getting an erection before.. my cock was growing very fast and HARD.. but not my best EQ

    I ve been :

    smoking a pack of cigarettes a day at least the last 14 years
    drinking alot each week end the last 6 years
    been active (working at my job) and working out at the gym the last 2 years 5 days / week
    lacking alot of sleep recently
    suffering from breathing/sleeping disorder (aphnea i think)
    stressed alot the last month i was jobless(couldnt find a job etc..) now i have a job.. stress should be going down.

    NOW i have quit drinking and im about to stop smoking next week end(one step at a time)

    Do you guys see any ed symptoms here? i think i see alot related to ED and i will do my best to do what ever i can to stop this shit. I want my to improve my EQ..

    Im about to start taking the 5 G supplements.. are they all safe and will help my problem? anything to double check before taking em?

    Please advices / comments. I feel so lost right now.

    You aren't alone, there are a ton of young guys here with ED, im one of them. There is good news, you said you suffer from sleep apnea. ED is a huge side effect of sleep apnea. I definitely siggest you properly treat your apnea then re evaluate your ED.

        yeah but i cant right now gotta wait on the list... Im about to fix other problems first... Like i said i have been lacking alot of sleep for many reason ( not always aphnea related)

        will start taking gingseng and see what it does then the 5 Gs all together..

        Aphnea will be last problem that i will be able to resolve(waiting for doctor and then the sleep test)

        what if no more cigarettes no more alcohol with the 5g resolve my problems? i would be so happy already.. LACKING sleep sucks but not as much as ED..

        and i will start doing PE too.. just in case i can get 110% of my EQ (saying my EQ was hard but maybe 80-90? i dont know)

            dont know much about this one Jay..

            I can do hard kegel(lifting my cock up espically when i used to have good erection np) but r.kegels.........??????? dont know much about pelvic floor health?

            any suggestion... Gotta sleep been lacking so much sleep lately gotta go work 2morow in the morning..

              A reverse kegel(RK) is that push that you do in order to pass urine, or make your urine stream more bold. I like to do these because well, they balance out the pelvic floor and help prevent premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is caused when the PC Muscle(kegel) spasms involuntarily, among arousal levels. When you hold a kegel flex too long during stimulation and/or sex, or your kegel spams involuntarily, it squeezes the prostate causing one to ejaculate rather fast. Hitting a RK in fact relaxes your PC Muscle, and pushes away the PONR(point of no return). This is good to know because strengthening just your PC Muscle alone may indeed give you stronger and better erection quality(EQ), but it will also give you Premature Ejaculation if you don't incorporate strengthening your RK in the process, while keeping them both balanced. Edging/Ballooning also helps with EQ, and so does Jelqing. I work my kegels and RK's when I'm in a flaccid state, but I mostly work them hard when I Edge/Balloon(I'm rather experienced, so go easy at first). Be sure to take rest days with your kegel and RK exercises! So work them every other day.
