  • Erection is weaker for no clear reason lately.

    I used to be able to get rock-hard very quickly without flexing my PC muscle or so just a few months ago. It's been a while now since I had such erection...
    I can still get decently stiff, but my erection has been slightly weaker than usual lately, and in order to get it to what it used to be I have to softly press my PC.
    I honestly did not change anything in my routine recently, and I am quite certain that I'm not mentally stressed...
    Is it possible that PE hurt my erection? Should I take a short break?

    Your penis is exhausted from PE. It could be your are doing too much PE (too long of session or not enough days off). May you tells me what your routine consist of and what your schedule days are?

            lol. It happens with beginner's all the time even if just a few times of PE a week due to lack of conditioning. I started on a 4 day on week at first with 45 minute sessions but not after about a few years my routine is almost two hours (some rest here and there) but I am conditioned for it.

              1) Take a few days/max one week off.

              2) Don't masturbate a lot.

              3) Excluding the warm up, cool down and stamina work (edging/kegels/reverse kegels/towel raises etc...), you should only be doing PE for about 30-45 minutes a session. You are a beginner. Start lower, around half an hour. Then work your way up if you need to.
              The biggest risk you can take in life is not to take any risks at all.
