  • Erectile Dysfunction Medication

    Hello!

For a while I've had problems such as erectile dysfunctions. It took me a while to find the strength to talk about it and I find it easier to do it this way. So far I never really wanted to try medication to solve the problem but I finally changed my mind.

We all already heard about Viagra, but I wanted to know if it was safe or if they were any contraindication to this type of medication. How much should I pay for it? Is there any other similar treatment? Maybe cheaper and safe as well? How long does it last, are there any possible bad side effects etc .. this kind of things

I am a bit lost with all the indication I found on the internet :x

    Thank You very much

Viagra and other ED meds come with health risks. You can correct your ED with penis exercises like jelqs and kegels, but a healthy diet is also a major key. https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html and check out JP90 for a beginner routine, it will increase penis health and maybe even increase its size.

Viagra, Cialis, and Lavitra are all considered PDE-5 inhibitors which aid in the relaxation of smooth muscle allowing increased blood flow. However, they are prescription drugs for a reason. Accordingly, you need to see a doctor to be sure they are suitable for you depending on a through examination. Yes, there are potential negative side effects and contradictions. Once a doctor determines that they are indeed suitable and recommends the appropriate dose, there are ways to obtain the generic versions at substantially reduced prices.

Do a search for "supplements" and you should find a lot of recommendations for EQ improving supplements.

          Hi there,

Thank you for your replies. It is a little less confusing now

The main thing when I looked on the internet for information about Viagra or other substitutes is that I found so many things, and quite often contradictory ones, that I felt a bit lost.

I haven't been to a doctor yet, I will definitely do it before buying this type of medication for the first time. I wanted to find some information before, it seemed to be a good thing to be aware of the different options and potential side effects.

I will continue to investigate on the web for "supplements". If in the meantime one of you find something interesting, I'll be interested of course!

Nohard is very knowledgeable on EQ enhancing supplements so follow his recommendation. I personally have had good results with l-arginine ethyl ester combined with l-citrulline. Not enough to generate a hard erection for my diabetic induced ED; however, enough to generate a 50% semi, which is better than any other supplement combination I have used.

                        Hi all,

Thanks you again for all these answers!

I like the idea of herbs, it seems to be less "invasive" (if that make sens to you - By the way I am French that's why my language might seem a bit wrong sometimes - Apologies for this!)

In my latest investigations I found out about herbs as a substitutes to traditional ED medication. I was wondering if they actually provided good results. NOHARD and Not2big, thank you for your replies, this helps me to get an idea on their efficiency.

I always heard about Viagra which seems to be the most common medication, but I am not against alternatives.

In any case I will have to see my GP first to have more information for sure! I'll keep looking for anything that could be helpful, even if I would like this probelm to get solved relatively quickly, I don't want to rush it either. The safer the better isn't it?

                        Thank you all !

Hey I was in your shoes exactly about 3 months ago. Keep away from the pills dude. If you become dependent on viagra to get a hard on it's all down hill from there. Besides, medications make you feel lazy, put on weight, and make you penis softer and softer over time. DON'T DO IT.

How to get fantastic EQ: 1) Quit porn. 100% 2) Start PE (jelqing especially, but also stretches and kegels too) 3) quit jerking off. Save the fun stuff for the wife. 4) Get fit. A healthy man has a healthy functioning penis.

Do these things and your EQ will improve rapidly. Good luck.

                            Hi guys,

Draggin, when you said that 3 months ago you were in the same situation, do you mean that today it is fine for you? Your recommendations seem to be the wisest, and I do believe that a healthy man should have a healthy penis as well

The fact is that I actually already follow all those recommendations. On top of that, I don't drink neither smoke (I red somewhere that it could have effects on your sexual life). I really don't know what happened, it started like ... like that literally!

My wife and I first laughed at it it because we found that funny at the time (you know joking about it), but the next time it was the same, and the next one too ... and this for months now.

When I came back from work yesterday I did some more investigation about potential medications. I found interesting things

                            - The first one is about herbs, vitamins and minerals that people take in case of erectile dysfunction : here is the link it is quite complete but it gives a good overall of the type of herbs available.

                            - The second one is an info-graphic about ED medication (duration, dosage and side effects) : here is the link

It took me a while to start talking about it as I really do feel ashamed. Coming on this forum and talk with you guys helped me, it really did. I feel more confident now to talk about it in real life and to go to the further step : Contacting my GP (won't probably have an appointment before a couple of weeks as it is always the case in England^^)

Thank you again for your help

I'll come back to let you know how it went and what my GP will have advised me

                            Cheers mates!

Did you ever mix Arginine and Citrulline with ED meds - Cialis for example?
