  • (unique?) erection issues

    so i get morning wood, and i can get an erection fine if i am just sitting around, you know....and stimulating my frenulum etc.

    BUT, i cannot get an erection while standing up...50% max. and if i have one sitting down and stand up, it dies. FAST. but if i keep masturbating to ejaculation, finally as i am about to ejaculate it gets really hard...

    also i don't really get random erections, although i do sometimes (only when sitting down of course, and thinking subconsciously about sexual things).


    i try to not watch porn, used to watch a lot, but have cut back a very large amount, havent even watched in a couple weeks.

    masturbate like 1-2 times a day, used to do it more but cut that back also.

    Also, generally erections dont last long if I leave them alone and don't stimulate myself physically, even if watching porn for example (or turned on for other reasons)


    Thoughts on what the issue could be?

      Possibly from low blood pressure or a drop in blood pressure initially when standing up. Could also be poor PC muscle can't support you when standing up, kegal exercises will clear that right up.

        I'm experiencing the same thing. I started with Kegels a couple of months ago, every other day, and also stopped watching any porn for more than 6 months now, but I don't see any significant improvement. I'm starting with 5G soon, and other PE for EQ.

          anyone got a link to a kegel routine to strengthen my pc muscle?

          also can others confirm this is a weak PC muscle issue?
