  • Too much kegels and ED

    Ever since I started masturbating since 8 years old I would always flex my PC muscles while doing so because it felt good and I would come faster (not get cougth). I didn't know that what I did was called kegeling. Now I'm 23 and my PC muscles are overworked because of constant flexing. The only way for me to get 100% hard is to flex them and keep them flexed, othervise I can get maybe 90% at best and it's hard to maintain. I also noticed that sometimes my PC muscles contract automatically on their own (when I get erect, or get up from a cheir, etc.) and when I pee, the last bit of urine won't come out unless I flex them. And, of course, I have PE due to tensed muscles.

    So my question is can I fix this by doing reverse kegels/PC muscle stretching and get my erections to bee good without kegels? Also, I don't have any other problems like blood flow etc.

      Can you reccomend some good reverse kegel routine or stretching excersises?

        You could start off with 25 reverse kegels every other day. You could also increase them by 5 every week. You could also try doing some reverse kegels while edging to help you to last longer. You should completely avoid regular kegels since they are what caused the imbalance in the first place. While doing these you should be doing some deep breathing(diaphragm breathing) to help you reduce some off the tension.

            Thank you for the links and advices.
            Just one more question:

            My night erections are present but are the same quality as the day ones, and if I am to kegel in the middle of the night when I wake up with them (sometimes my PC muscles contract automatically while half-asleep) they would beacome 100%. They also don't last long which is why I often don't wake up with them in the morning (morning wood). Will this also improve with the reverse kegels?
