Ever since I started masturbating since 8 years old I would always flex my PC muscles while doing so because it felt good and I would come faster (not get cougth). I didn't know that what I did was called kegeling. Now I'm 23 and my PC muscles are overworked because of constant flexing. The only way for me to get 100% hard is to flex them and keep them flexed, othervise I can get maybe 90% at best and it's hard to maintain. I also noticed that sometimes my PC muscles contract automatically on their own (when I get erect, or get up from a cheir, etc.) and when I pee, the last bit of urine won't come out unless I flex them. And, of course, I have PE due to tensed muscles.
So my question is can I fix this by doing reverse kegels/PC muscle stretching and get my erections to bee good without kegels? Also, I don't have any other problems like blood flow etc.
