  • Losing erections quickly/trouble getting them

Hello everyone I would like to hear what everyone take is on my problem I am having recently. As for information about me I will try to list everything I think is related to what is currently happening to me. As for my problem it seems that I have developed trouble keeping my erection and getting them while having sex.

    Stats:

    Age: 21
Sexually Active: since 16, had a break for 6 months about 9 months ago
Exercise: I lift weights 4-5 times a week, no cardio
Food: Eat very well hardly any junk food
Supplements: I take a multi vitamin and fish oils, I was taking creatine and NO2 supps for about 6 months prior
PE Supplements: I was taking horny goatweed, L'Arginine and a sex health blend but didnt really see much results.

Now for the details...My past sexual life started when I was 16 and never had any problems what so ever getting an erection or maintaining it, other then the odd case of sexual exhaustion. I was having steady sex 5-7 times a week for about 2 years till working and school got in the way and it was cut down to about 2-3 a week. After that relationship ended I was not having sex for about 6 months and then found another girl.

The first 2 times we tried to have sex (the new girl )I could not get an erection when we were about to have sex. During foreplay I had an erection but it seemed to go soft when I grabed a condom and put it on (this happens alot). Now after that we decided to just have foreplay for awhile and then we had sex successfully but I didnt feel as erect as I usually got before. This new girl has definitely ALOT more sexual experiences then me and my past girlfriend and it does make me nervous. So having sex like this really wasn't enjoyable and I rarely seem to want to do it now. Now the problem seems just as bad as when it started.

I have tried Viagra and it made this problem disappear and I was back to my old self. Now I dont know if this is mental or a physical problem or if something else will help me out besides Viagra When I am alone watching porn I can get hard no problem but it seems a lil softer then the Viagra and I still have trouble maintaining it without stimulation. I can usually get an erection with her in the room but it is always harder to maintain it. I am attracted to her and when we have sex successfully I know that I please her (with foreplay and sex) so I know if we have sex she will be satisfied the problem is getting the erection to have sex. I have also tried the bath mate penis pump, it seemed to help getting an erection but still not keeping it. Please let me know what you think!

I'd take a guess that it is all mental. Avoid the Viagra and such.
you're going to mostly want that in later years, if it is needed at all.
Take you time in this relationship, performance anxiety can effect erections.
Look into kegals as an exercise.

Hi Guys just a quick update for anyone else having this problem. I have increased EQ by starting to take the 5 g's and doing kegals. However I found the biggest thing in my improvement was my mindset, paying attention to what my body was doing when I was having trouble getting an erection. I found that completely relaxing my body and being in the moment (meaning turning off my brain and only thinking about the sexual experience) helped greatly! I believe most of my problem was and still is mental. However I am still interested in my maintaining good penis health. I was looking over alot of information and it is honestly overwhelming the amount of things you can do for penis health. So my question is what would you guys suggest for a program for good penis health? I was interested in continuing kegals and adding some pelvic stretches. Thanks!
