Have had ED my whole sexual life (12 years), have also been overweight. Am eating very healthy now, watching calories, working out, and losing weight. Maintaining a high protein, low carb, gluten free *no breads/pastas etc diet. I've still at least 100lbs to lose.
Have never been able to keep 100% hard erections for long, always goes down. Viagra and Cialis would work, V almost always, but now it's coming to working 1/3 times or so. I take it on a empty stomach, and take a 50mg pill (half a 100) Larger dose ends up with massive headache, and doesn't always work either.
I have to take two advil after a 50mg pill anyways.
If V always worked, I'd have never have looked elsewhere. But it doesn't, and as everyone knows.. it's horrible not being able to keep it up. I can get hard from stimulation, but it won't stay hard. What else can you guys suggest? I cum very quickly during fast rough sex, I enjoy it but within minutes I blow.
