    Have had ED my whole sexual life (12 years), have also been overweight. Am eating very healthy now, watching calories, working out, and losing weight. Maintaining a high protein, low carb, gluten free *no breads/pastas etc diet. I've still at least 100lbs to lose.

    Have never been able to keep 100% hard erections for long, always goes down. Viagra and Cialis would work, V almost always, but now it's coming to working 1/3 times or so. I take it on a empty stomach, and take a 50mg pill (half a 100) Larger dose ends up with massive headache, and doesn't always work either.
    I have to take two advil after a 50mg pill anyways.

    If V always worked, I'd have never have looked elsewhere. But it doesn't, and as everyone knows.. it's horrible not being able to keep it up. I can get hard from stimulation, but it won't stay hard. Sometimes it does, but not rock hard. It's disappointing. My morning woods, or erections in general are like 30% just little lumps. I'm not huge, maybe 6" at most, just slightly less. Hidden mostly by fat pad. fml.

    Am addicted to porn, working to get off it. I understand it's a problem. I can jerk off like 3-5times in a night if I'm bored and nobody is around. But I've been looking at porn for like 15years. This is not a small change. I like it as well.. so even harder.

    I've started taking supplements just yesterday as a result of reading this board.

    Morning - 7am
    1 centrum multivitamin
    3 l'arginine total of 1500mg
    2 pycnogenol =100mg
    2 gingko biloba =120mg
    1 maca w korean ginseng 500mg/200mg
    1 green tea 200mg
    1 garlic pill 15mg

    Afternoon - 3pm
    2 l'arginine 1000mg
    1 pycnogenol 50mg
    2 gingko biloba 120mg
    1 maca w korean ginseng 500mg/200mg
    1 green tea 200mg


    What else can you guys suggest? I cum very quickly during fast rough sex, I enjoy it but within minutes I blow. A couple chicks I hook up with like it fast, and unless I'm totally desensitized from lots of head. I cum too soon. My jerking off, which is frequent, is at a similar fast pace. Slow doesn't work for me. Sometimes I can go for like 40minutes not cumming, not always super fast and hard,, but just good sex. This is sadly not the norm, And my dick isn't always 100% hard.. just semi, but already inside her so it's makes do..fml

    I have also started to drink 3Litres of tea a day. Usually a total of 4-5 teabags total across that of green tea and horny goat weed tea. Each brew of a 1l teapot I put in one of each bag.

    Help! I gotta get a working rock hard dick.. sigh It just seems so nice when I get it that hard.. I just wish it would stay. I haven't been to a doc to test my Testosterone levels, am booking an appt with urologist tomorrow, appt will likely been in weeks and weeks.

    Should I put cayenne in there as well? I'm looking for Ginger pills haven't found them yet, I understand that'd complete the 5Gs.

    Tyr jelqing; works for me. Pills and even supplements won't work well without it.

      I'm willing to bet you have sexual exhaustion\porn addiction, jacking off 3 to 5 times a day isn't normal. during my search for the causes of my ED I belived it was sexual exhaustion (now know it to be hard flaccid pelvic floor dysfunction) I came across many forums and help websites with people that have masturnated them selfs sensless from a young age to hardcore porn, there serotonin and dopamine receptors in there brain are completely fried from porn, kind of like a drug addict taking heroin his whole life to the point where it just doesn't do anything anymore.         Thanks for this, I'll read up on the condition. The couple articles I've read so far on that site are motivating. Just seems like I'm giving up on a habit I enjoy. I guess similar to smoking or drugs or something. I know my dick used to respond better to a gf early on in my sexual life if I stopped jerking and porn for a week before seeing her. (it was long distance)

        I'm going to be trying to refrain from porn and jerking it. Two days so far.

          Your on the right track dumping porn. I am into my 4th month of no porn,and it may take longer due to how much I have veiwed over the years. If having a sex life with real partners with a rock hard member is the goal,its a long road. Treat it like a diet. A diet is a way of life not just something you do to drop a few pounds.             Seeing as this rings true, to what your reading, do you have any of these, skin problems, hair problems, memory problems, lose of muscle bulk and eye floaters, these are some of the problems from chronic over masturbating, and at 5 to 6 times an evening puts you there, chronic. The best thing you can do is do the 8 week break, this will give your body a chance to reboot and start the healing process, during this 8 weeks you do not masturbate or have any sexual contact, but the thing you do, do, is clear away any porn sites you have on your computer, clear out any porn downloads and throw away any discs you have on porn, get a friend in and get him to set up the parent anti porn lock, that way he keeps the pass word, your be clearing away the porn drug. Get this going and Good Luck

              In my opinion the biggest causes of ED these days in young people are pelvic floor tension\problems and internet porn. There's so much evidence to back it all up, don't expect a urologist or doctor to help or know about any of it, there still in the dark ages when it comes to ED but they'll never admit it. How many people do you bet actually go to a doctor or urologist with ED problems and actually get it solved? I'm willing to bet not even 5 percent and I'm talking worldwide. If it wasn't for these forums we would all truly be on our own with this and not know what the fuck was going on.

                Dunno about not having sex for 8 weeks lol. I can probably do no porn.. it'll be hard, but likely doable. I have gone 3-5days without porn on trips, and close to those number of days without jerking it. I can do the 5-6 times of jerking it if I'm at home a full day alone or semi alone. Otherwise it's probably a few times less than that. I've stopped the porn, and I haven't jerked it myself for the last few days. Though have gotten off in sex.

                So something feels different, I noticed yesterday without Viagra I was harder, I just felt better.

                Today I was rock hard a few times during sex, other times mainly hard. I did lose it a few times but it came back with some coaxing. Yes, Viagra was used. 50mg. Something does feel different. Picked up Ginger today, so I'll be doing all the 5g's and the above list. Going to start drinking erection tea daily. Last two weeks I've been drinking tea, this week moved to horny goat weed tea and green tea.

                Should I be getting and mixing in Horny Goat weed from somewhere like GNC, or getting the Icariin 60% stuff from World ABS? I'm going to take half of Sat, and all of Sunday off from Vitamins, and go on a 5day on/2 off regimen like suggested here.

                Sure hope I don't have to do this reset stuff.. because I honestly don't know how I'd go two months without getting off from jerkin or sex. Right now I'm going to avoid orgasm from jerking. And quite as far as jerking as much as possible. I think my mind craves the sensation/release. Does jerking without release still screw up healing ?

                  I would up the dose of l-arginine to 3 gr a day to see if that makes a inference.

                    Many doctors and scientists in the medicial profession are argeuing whether l-arginine (nitric oxide) is actually a hormone or not. And I'm sure most people are aware of what fucking with your hormones does. They could be wrong they could be right, maybe in the next few years we will know. But when I heard it could possibly be a hormone I stopped taking it.

                      I'm at 2.5 G a day now, up 500mg? I can do that. I was reading somewhere that people started with 5g and then went down. But it was before they realized that the requirement was a ratio of L'arginineycnogenol.

                        One of the Functions of l-arginine is to facilitate the release of some harmones. I visit an endocrinologist on a regular basis to treat my diabetes. An endocrinologist specializes in the human harmonal system. I have mentioned on several occasions that I take l-arginine to not only reduce my insuline resistance but also to improve blood circulation to improve my ED. He conducts a full panel of blood tests on a quarterly basis (over 20 years) and has yet to mention that l-arginine has a potentional to generate harmful side effects.

                          I'm glad its not affecting you and improving your situatuionn you are clearly somone that needs it and it helps you. I'm so sketch about making ED worse that I wouldn't dare abuse somthing that is possibly harmful to some, saw pelmetto has been show to improve ED In some people and it has also shown that it makes ED worse in more people than it has helped, I guess it depends on what kind of ED you are suffering from however most people won't get the righrt diagnosis as very little is actually understood by the medical profession. In my opinion trying l-arginine for just a week wouldn't leave somone with a permanent fix or damage, but like I have said, its just my opinion I do not know the facts of it

                            Progress report - Day 5

                            So again I feel there's a difference, firstly. I'm even MORE horny that I normally am. Which I'm a little bit worried about.. I'm starting to feel like I need/want sex all the time. Hard to concentrate at work.
                            -I've continued the ban on porn
                            -I have jerked it, but outside of sex. Only 1 a day, and not to porn
                            -I've found Ginger, so I will have the complete 5gs
                            -Also planning on drinking erection tea. Will take ginger, fresh lemon, and green tea, Though I have to drink 3litres a day of tea, since I'm working out and trying to lose weight. 4litres a day is what's recommended. So I'll do 3 of it as tea. Maybe not all as erection tea but.. open to suggestions
                            -Ordered Icariin 60% from WorldABS. Not sure what dosage to take? Open to suggestions
                            -Should I be adding in any other vitamins? Saw plamentto or anything else?

                            Had sex again yesterday. Rock hard when it was hard, and after blowing the 2nd time. I continued to be hard almost. I noticed that I still lose the erections, to give you an idea. She gets off from being on top.. condom goes with. So we open a new one, she fumbles it on because her nails are sharp so she's being extra careful. We move positions.. she gets into doggy.. puts on lube. and in that time.. I've lost it.. it's not hard anymore. So I have to manually stimulate, for a few seconds.. get a semi kinda.. and then once inside her I was able to regain full erection.

                              Had erection tea. Didn't seem to help too much. Wasn't feeling any libido or day erections. Took my stack as well. Had been off it Sunday and half of the pills for Saturday to keep it cycled off. Didn't feel the mojo yesterday. Stunningly beautiful chick, I got it hard, by itself originally after 50mg viagra, but as usual after a half hour or so.. Unless being directly stimulated it didn't get hard on its own. Ie after mid sex shower. Had to take shower because it was losing hardness and wasn't hard enough for anal. Two to three minutes of manual stimulus got it hard again to quickly move into doggy to get off.

                              I did not have Horny goat weed tea yesterday i wonder if that was it or vitamins had just left my system. :-(
