Alright, so yesterday I had sex with a girl I find to be quite attractive, but was experiencing some problems; I'm going to keep this as brief as possible.
Background info:
Last time I had sex was around this time 2011. I'm 21, a pretty healthy individual, and I try to run for 30 mins about 3 to 4 times a week.
I drink at least a gallon of water a day, and vary between 1-6 cups of green tea w/ honey and lemon per day. I don't get the most ideal hours of sleep: 5-7 hours.
My PE routine is:
10 min warm up
3, 1 min slow yet intense 10 o'clock, straight out, down, and A-stretch
10-15 min jelq @ 30-50%
5 min warm down
Going by a 2 on, 1 off, ratio.
I'm doing a kegel/reverse routine as well every other day. And I haven't watched porn for 17 days also. My general pelvic region is quite relaxed since I do yoga type stretches a lot.
Regarding lack of EQ:
My routine is giving me PIs, a larger flaccid, more noticeable veins, it's just my EQ falters after my routine so I don't try to edge that much.
It was my first time having sex with a condom, but the whole time I was about an EQ of 6, maybe 6.5. We still made it work though. Perhaps I've been overworking myself outside of PE exercises?

I was able to last a long time with the condom on, but I wasn't actually really feeling much pleasure while I was having sex. Not sure if it was become the condom or not, but I ultimately ended up reaching PONR via grinding my dick on her clit after taking the condom off.
Not sure what to do about this dilemma, I want my EQ to be much higher in our next encounter, I feel I'm cheating myself and this girl due to not having the best EQ.
