My doctor has come up with a sublingual tab that has a mix of pharmacutical grade yohimbe and bromocriptine in it. It has to be made at a compounding pharmacy. The bromocriptine suppresses prolactin which is released after a man has an orgasm. Supposed to help decrease refractory period. I am picking them up tomorrow. I will let you all know how it works out. This is something that he came up with himself.
