I have a bounding pulse on an artery in my penis. Any one have anything similar? Do you think doctors could repair a hardened artery in penis?

if it is bounding pulse, then it wont be a hard artery, IMO.
anyway, my opinion is to do mild to moderate PE especially jeqing, if it doesn't hurt. let the artery get conditioned.
Be gentle , don't rupture it.
if you are seeing some kind of bulb like swelling or extra swelling, compared to nearby, Better go see a Surgeon.

its bigger harder and pulses insane. Used to not be like that and my glans don't expand
