  • Numbness in glans. Hanging or Flatline?

Hey everyone, kind of feeling low at the moment. I’m feeling a numbness sensation in my glans. I can only think of 2 possible reasons for this.

    1) I’ve been hanging for 33days (19 straight) not at too heavy of a weight (5.5lbs.) plus doing a 10 minute jelq. So it could be that I somehow injured myself, although there was no moment that I felt I did. Or I overtrained (not sure what the symptoms would be).

    2) I have also quit porn (on day 5 currently). I have read about “flatline” and thought maybe this was what dead dick feels like.

My tip feels numb and I’m looking to see if anyone else has encountered a similar situation?

Although no one has really shown interest in this thread, my journal leading up to this incident and my current situation can be found at the link in my signature.

I experienced slight numbing in my glans so i stopped all stretching for a long time and it still stuck for awhile i think it took years to stop.

While this doesn't grant me popularity points, any device that clamps the penis uses loops, belts, or other clamping mechanisms to secure sufficient friction for traction can cause circulatory issues and nerve issues. With extenders you need to take them off every hour and verify circulation and sensation, for the popular bib hanger, which has been a brilliant instrument, you must absolutely make sure it is centered on the shaft, the top Gap must run directly over the center of the top of the shaft because the critical dorsal nerve is located there. In addition you must remove it every 15 or 20 minutes. If you allow a hanger or extender to impinge on the dorsal nerve long enough it could cause temporary or permanent loss of sensation.

Unfortunately early on, newbies do not realize this, there are no flashing lights, no neon signs, and little warning, that's why coaching whether it be Big Al or myself is so helpful. Although I didn't come on here to promote ourselves particularly, it is essential to indicate caution and care when initiating mechanical PE.

At 5.5 it is either the wrap or the hanger adjustment and how your are placing and tightening. More details, from start to when the weights are applied tell me what you do in as great detail as you can afford. I will help you.
