Hello, as you can see by the title I am an 18 year old with some problems and I am looking for some help.
I believe I am suffering from a case of porn-induced erectile dysfunction but I am not quite sure. I originally came to this site to increase the size of my dick, but as of right now I am putting a hold to my PE routine to tackle a much more important problem.
I discovered masturbation when I was around the age of 11 or 12 and later on used porn with masturbation around the age of 13 until now. Before I had concerns as to this ED problem, I believed I had what some people referred to as "Death grip syndrome". Later on in life after finding my own access to porn I would masturbate multiple times a day but would make the sessions in smaller amounts. I would masturbate fast with a tighter grip to make myself orgasm quicker. This leads me to believe that I desensitized myself.
My first sexual experience was practically two months ago and I had no problem to get my dick up, but I just couldn't reach orgasm. That night all I participated in was oral sex and I couldn't feel much pleasure from it at all being on the receiving end. It kind of confirmed the fact that I desensitized myself of this "death grip" thing.
When I would use porn I can find it easy to get hard in less than a minute and be able to orgasm in a short amount of time, but when it is with a partner I couldn't no matter how hard I tried. I knew at the time that getting tense about the situation was not going to do any good so I calmed myself down but still at a relaxed state I couldn't reach orgasm when I had my first sexual experience.
When I arrived here I decided to pick up the JP90 routine and go from there but my ED followed like a shadow into my jelqing sessions. I would have a tough time keeping my cock at a high enough erect state for the jelqs and it got to the point where I had to use porn at times to increase my erection level when it would start to decrease. I decided about two weeks ago to continue my JP90 routine while quitting porn, masturbation and anything sexual. After 8 days I relapsed on masturbation and then soon followed a relapse on porn.
Another situation is that I believe that my pelvic floor muscles are out of whack because I have had in the past have my pelvic floor muscles spasm without my control for a very short period. It scared me quite a bit as to why that would happen. In response to this I started doing a few sets of kegels and reverse kegels to balance my pelvic floor out. I am not sure whether this will work or not, it couldn't hurt, can it?
One last thing, I haven't had spontaneous erections at all during the day in months. I can't even remember the last time I had one. As for morning erections I would get them here and there but not rock hard erections like I used to.
What I need is some guidance on what would be best to do to make my penis healthy and functional. I know that quitting porn cold turkey is definitely advised from what I have seen so I am going to quit porn again starting now but I am drawing a blank as to what else I should do.

),the reason was a exGirlfriend which gave me no point any longer to have an erection. So it can be just something, which is in your head at the moment.
