  • ED / Hemorhoid at 35, need HELP

    Hi all,

i am 35 years old, i have been struggling with serious ED for at least 2 years, I take viagra all the time, now the medication is getting used to my body and is not as effective. I also have hemorhoid ( internal ) and mild back pain. i was told all these were the reason my erection are so weak.

I found this site yesterday and went to buy the 5 G. My size is ok , dont need to enhance it just need it to be up when Its called on duty.

Please help me , i am desperate. I have smoky hot wife but can only have sex once a week, I am afraid I will lose her.

    Thanks

    Richard

    Hey Konan!

Welcome to the Gym. There are many causes of ED and there are several treatments for ED. There are threads in the Erectile Dysfunction Forum explaining how PE has helped some guys with their problems. However, the best advice is to see a urologist who specializes in male sexual dysfunction. A doctor may be able to determine the cause and treat the cause rather than treat the symptoms alone. If you want to treat the symptoms, you may want to check out franktalk.org, a support forum for guys suffering from ED.

    Good luck

Hemorrhoids are not causative of ED.

not sure about that... it swells up, and does restrict blood flow. I am dealing with them too, and I've been to the dr twice, nothing but hems they ever find. Ever since I've been having problems with my dick, mostly it has shrunk in length and girth. Best advice to help ease the hems that I can give would be to not eat so much meat or cheese, or some dairy products. DOn't over eat, or eat late at night. ANd try to eat right, more fruits and veggies, and don't sit too much...

Sup Konan. Yo is that your name or your dick's name? Haha! If it's not, stick around the PEGym and it will be.
Anyway, you are in the right place. EQ gains/fixing ED are often the first thing people notice after starting the routines you will find here such as JP90. I'm sorry about the hems though. That will mess with you; trust me, I know ... My experience is that too much espresso can cause it, as well as ADD medications, or at the other end of the spectrum constipation. I'm no expert though and I'm sure you're seeing a doctor about this already.
The main problem with hems re:PE is that you can't kegel when you have them, which puts quite a hole in your practice. Hopefully you can get rid of them asap and get into the pelvic floor routine. When you are ready for that, run a search for Minuteman's MMO Guide.
As for back pain, I have two words for you. Yoga. Everyday.
          Good luck!
