    Question about porn addiction

    I have a bit of a porn addiction which I feel is leading to erectile disfunction. Porn is getting boring and I'm never quite as hard during sex as I am when watching porn.

    So I'm abstaining from watching porn and masturbating but I was wondering - once I get my full erection back and no longer feel the urge to watch porn all the time, can I go back to watching porn on occasion? Sometimes my girlfriend and I enjoy watching it together.

    Also, what exactly classes as porn? I watched a Rihanna music video where she was being extremely naughty! Should I stay away even from things like this I I think I have an addiction?

    If you get off porn and restore a healthy hard-on, then if you decide to start porn again you will start to get ED again. It's just that simple.

    What's porn? You know. We all know. A Rihanna music video may be suggestive and even seductive, but that ain't porn. Enjoy.

        Thanks for your input. What about watching it like once every few months though with my partner for fun?

        I'm thinking of it in terms of an alcoholic. After an alcoholic has been off the drink, they tend not to be able to even have 1 drink after otherwise they'd quickly fall back into alcoholism.

        Is porn addiction the same? Would I be able to watch one and think nothing of it or would I suddenly get huge urges to watch some more?

          ED is partly psychological for a lot of guys so porn can change the mental wiring for us
