  • Living with ED at 25

Well I'm not really posting this for advice because up until this point I've pretty much figured this all out on my own...however if anyone has any tips I'm always looking. My ED started after working on my erection angle and trying to lower it a little, I guess I pushed to far down. There was no pain but since then (about 10 months) I've had all sorts of problems since then. Takes awhile to get hard, need constant stimulation, erection doesn't lock in and throb, weak morning wood. Laying down and trying to get a full erection is Damn near impossible. My glans are fullest near climax but most of the time they are soft and deflated. Cialis works amazing though and I think is something that's going to help me starting a new relationship. I don't want to depend on it though which is tough...If i focus and relax I can get a pretty great erection especially when sitting. I'm not sure if anything is actually healing or I'm just learning new ways to stay erect. It also has a very light and empty feeling to it. My goal right now is trying to Will an erection without touching or imagery. I find my erections are much stronger in a relaxed state. I've seen two doctors and haven't really learned anything other then getting a priapism and how much that sucks. At this point I'm
Content though... I lost my girl, and sex means something totally different to me now. It's been a long year filled with pain and acceptance. I'm hoping someday things return to normal. But for make I gotta keep on keeping on

I pushed down too hard once but went back to normal in about 2 weeks. I hope you can rehabilitate your penis with EQ exercises and good PE.
