I have been having great PI's, but EQ has no improved and possibly has even dropped a bit. *INPUT: LESS IS MORE*
Have been making great and steady gains, but EQ would be about 7/10. When need to, I can get a 10 during exercises, but doesn't seem to last very long. I know staying up is not an issue, but just the EQ seems to be diminishing. AND i want my hard morning woodies back >:[
Is this something to have concern about? any way to help fix and maintain a 10 EQ?
I am taking supplements (l arginine and carnitine, ginseng, fish oil) and am on a 5 on 2 off routine.
