  • Teas & ED

I believe I have minor minor ed. It's probably in my head. But anyways. I do take garlic, green tea caps, ginkgo Bilbao, fish oil, coq10 and a multi vitamin daily. I drink a lot to water and I don't drink alcohol, on occasion. But Imma soon cut that and maybe just drink a cup of red wine a few times a week before bed or late afternoon. I also eat a lot of mixed nuts especially pistachios and almonds. Also a lot of natural PB. My Erection quality is way better especially now that I do my jelqs at a higher erections. So I target more girth with the smooth muscle. I also drink a lot of tea now. But I'm wondering now since caffeine is a vasoconstrictor, should I stick with caffeine free green tea???? I don take the green tea caps daily since I drink a lot of tea. Another question is what a out peppermint leave tea ( it is caffiene free) but I read somewhere that peppermint or something mint can decrease size!?!? I can't find that thread on here. I was also debating on buying some supplements on dicksherbal but idk. Or maybe just get some Arginine w/ citruline

Stick with the green tea, especially Asian green tea. L-arginine and citrulline would make a good addition.

another thing i was thinking is if had an injury in past and the lil veins that hold the blood in are leaking etc it wont maintain the erection I had an injury many years ago that sometimes causes your penis to have slight curve to one side the urologist sometimes give you the med for gout because it helps break up the lil hard spot that is making it curve but alot of the times he said it will correct itself
