  • ED from too much porn? - Should I drop PE?

    Hey guys, what's up.

    I've been in PE for a year now, some awesome visible gains and I'm happy overall.

    The PE routine left a nasty side effect: for a year, I've been using porn during my routine to keep my dick hard for the exercises.
    I think this is causing ED on me. I can't get a hard erection anymore without the use of porn or thinking hardcore fantasies. And if I do, I just can't maintain it without porn, so I lose the erection REALLY fast (if I try to put a condom, my dick just shrinks).

    I've already deleted all my porn (I only used it for the PE routine, I hardly masturbated to it).


    Do you guys think I'm right about the cause of ED? I'm really afraid of this, I'm going to an urologist this week, but I would like to hear you guys opinions.

    And should I drop PE for some time? I got a feeling that it's beneficial to ED, but idk..

    Drop porn not PE. Dropping PE does not make your ED better, it will only make it worst if you continue with porn.

    Even without erection you can gain in length, and without porn you might slowly get your ED back.

        I will stop watching porn, stop edging for so long.
        I will give my penis some time, no masturbation or touching.
        I was thinking of making a kegel/rev kegel routine.

        And I will also check this out with an urologist.
        I'm really afraid that I fucked something up physically.

          Give your penis a rest, but make sure that your edging/Stop and Start sessions are geared towards endurance and sensitivity above all else.

          It's very likely you've merely psyched yourself out at the moment. It's important that you don't panic over the situation- as anxiety will only make things worse.

            Yeah, definitely I will change my approach to edging.
            I guess I was only doing it for the pleasure, since I decided to stop MO... A really bad way of cheating from what I'm reading on "your brain on porn". And I was doing it like 3 times a day.

            I can easily get it really hard (10/10) erection with porn. So probably it's only a mental thing right?
            The problem is that I can't keep it hard for very long, unless there's stimulus (porn or fucked up fantasizing) other than touching.

                One thing I find even better than thinking od a sexual act during masturbation is concentrate on touch. Be very very gentle with yourself, and concentrate solely on the feelings you get with touch. Forget about fantasy, be involved with yourself at that this time only. This is a great exercise and takes time to be good at. I am using it now to reboot from my own porn addictions. It can be very difficult to not let your mind wander, but it is know to go a long way towards relearning ourselves. TAAB

                  I can't edge without fantasizing and even when I do that I'm not at a 10 EQ, so just focusing on the feeling I never would get hard...I really screwed myself up with porn. But the good thing is I'm 13 days without porn. So it is only going to get better. I think I do edge a little too long.

                  @Big Al how many times should I edge up to my PONR until I quit? I usually don't release either since I'm edging right after jelqing/stretching. Also I need to stop edging for pleasure and start edging for stamina/ EQ.

                    Also I edge sometimes with pics of girls I know that I find attractive. Is that bad for a reboot? Even if they have clothes on?

                      Approach the PONR 3 times, then complete the exercise. Your plan on ejaculating for training purposes only is good. It'll help you increase you libido, and you'll be more apt to perform better in a "live" situation.

                        It would be the lesser of two evils, but for optimal results, use your mind. The only thing better than this is a live encounter, but if you have serious issues you might want to build your sexual confidence a bit first- or find a very understanding partner willing to work through these issues with you.
