I've been doing various length exercises for a while which have been enjoyable and, I believe, good for me and my penis (in terms of actual health and psychological benefits). However, I suffer from ED and PE too, so they really need work too.
Having looked at too much porn in my time, I've now stopped looking at that and am trying to get some sensitivity back into my penis - the years of jerking off like a rabid monkey having taken its toll. The question is - can length exercises (which can require a certain amount of tension and gripping) and sensitivity exercises be done at the same time? If it comes down to it, I need to sort out the ED and PE first and foremost.
