    Hi everyone,

    Happy new year to all on the PEgym Forum!

    I'm not going to pretend I'm an expert at all of this but I have only been using these forums for a few weeks now and I can honestly say people here are so helpful and give great support!

    Just recently before I joined here I noticed I was having Erection problems. I had morning wood most mornings but no erections during the day. From the advice I received here I figured that I had Porn ED. I'm improving my EQ but I have recently slipped up and need to start back up again. I went no Porn or Masturbation for 2 weeks. That was very difficult but I got there! I noticed on the 2 week mark I was starting to feel more horny again by just like passing women in the streets and I noticed my EQ got much more consistent and the quality was harder and lasted longer.

    I never knew Porn could actually cause all these things. It's honestly a terrible thing!

    If you are suffering from what I have been my advice to you is :

    - YOU must go minimum 2 weeks with Porn or Masturbation!!! (This is the main objective). I know a lot of you might think you need longer but it depends how bad your problem is right?

    - After the 2 weeks Masturbate WITHOUT porn and use your imagination stay AWAY from that laptop! Keep Masturbation down to maybe 2 or 3 times a week and when you do it try and be gentle and don't apply lots of pressure to your penis and DONT you dare watch porn while doing it!

    - If your in your room with your laptop or whatever at night trying going out for a walk or a run to burn energy instead.

    -stay CALM and FOCUSED. You will find the more upset you are about something the more depressed you come and you will be straight back to watching endless porn. DON'T DO IT!

    - Get in to a good routine. Make sure you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep per night. When you wake up trying to doing press ups and sit ups or even go for a workout at the gym.

    -DIET. make sure you eat a good balanced diet (Proteins, Carbohydrates, Vitamins). Instead of snacking on biscuits and sweets during the day try having fruit and nuts. Also drink PLENTY of water. As this will keep you hydrated.

    - Go out and interact with people! There's nothing worse than been stuck in the house with no one around because you will get the urge to watch porn for sure. Go out and meet you friends or perhaps join a Sport or Social club.

    I know this sounds like a fitness thread but honestly guys all this good routine stuff will help your mind to be more healthy especially if you are like me and have porn ED. I know a lot of people may disagree and say you need longer to reboot and that's really fair enough! This is just my experience of what can help. I'm 19 so hopefully any young guys reading this, it will help a little. Thanks again to this forum and best of look to all. The hard work begins NOW!!
