I have noticed weaker and softer erections for a few months now. I am fairly sure it is a physical issue because I rarely get morning wood and if I do, that too is weak. Plus this problem occurs both during sex and when I am alone.
Recently I got all my blood work done and my testosterone levels according to my doctor were "normal", but he didn't specify if it was normal for a 21 year old. Only thing that came up suspicious was my ECG that showed my heart was in somewhat strain. (Doctor said my problem could be related to that and I will be seeing a cardiologist in may)
Now I read online that argenine helps so I went and got some today and it actually helped somewhat (went from 60% to I'd say 85%).
Now my question is that since argenine helps blood flow to your entire body including your penis.. is it safe to assume I may have a circulatory issue? If so what can be done about it ? Are ED pills such as cialis the only answer when it comes to a blood flow issue?
