Two days ago, I officially hit 90 days without Porn or Masturbation. It's a proud moment, however I'm still not back to normal. I've had a few good weeks, but also many lifeless ones. I think I may be one of those cases that takes 6 months to a year to fully recover. This hasn't been an easy journey, but I just keep thinking how great it will be to be back to normal eventually. Porn is Poison.

Congratulation on the 90 days. 90 days really is the first step. I'm over a year now and find that my metal outlook has changed. I am still on me quest however to get top notch EQ. HANG IN MAN IT GETS BETTER. TAABComment

For what it is worth, I am about 5 days without porn. Yesterday, my girl and I met for lunch. She wants me to relax and not think about sex when we meet. She has poor circulation in one leg from diabetes, so I message her to help her out with it. Well, lunch is almost over, and I grab her and we start kissing, and I am getting hard.
