    Good afternoon. I`ve doing kegels for about 2 years now and I hope I can get some tips on a routine I will be trying out. I used to get a very hard erection but then I would lose it after a couple of minutes, so I switched to a routine with more reverse kegels. My erection would last longer, but I would ejaculate much faster, in a couple of minutes. I then decided to stop kegeling for a while to see if I was over-working my muscles. I believe I am ready to take on kegeling again and would like to see if a senior member or other members could give me some tips on my routine. I am aiming for a hard erection, at any moment I need it, and to last longer.
    Routine will be performed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, once at 10:30 and again at 5:30:


    Set of kegels concentrating on BC muscle:
    5, 15 second hold kegels
    5 quick kegels immediately following the hold kegels
    5, 15 second hold reverse kegels
    5 quick reverse kegels immediately following the reverse hold kegels

    Set of kegels concentrating on PC muscle:
    5, 15 second hold kegels around the anus
    5 quick kegels immediately following the hold kegels
    5, 15 second hold reverse kegels around the anus
    5 quick reverse kegels immediately following the reverse hold kegels

    Set of kegels concentrating on IC muscle:
    5, 15 second hold kegels on the dorsal and upper part of penis
    5 quick kegels immediately following the hold kegels
    5, 15 second hold reverse kegels on the dorsal and lower part of penis
    5 quick reverse kegels immediately following the reverse hold kegels


    When kegeling, I am referring to the contraction of the muscle and the pushing down of the muscle when reverse kegeling. I do something a little different when working the IC muscle. When kegeling the IC muscle, I contract up and around the BC muscle and slowly move the contraction up the side of the penis while slightly applying pressure out and towards the glands. When reverse kegeling the IC muscle, I push down and around the BC muscle and slowly move down the side of the penis while slightly applying pressure in and away from the glands.
